Sometimes bailing people out of situations can lead to an unhealthy dependence. As someone who would not be here if people didn’t meet my needs and not need me to learn for myself (I was learning). I eventually became the healer, the sharer, the guide, the coach.
The generosity of Louise’s work, making it available many years ago UA-cam for free, was one of my many paths to healing.
When we do the work, we will learn the difference between generosity and codependency.
I love the teachings of Louise L Hay....she is amazing...may her spirit and soul live on in us...🥰🥰🥰🥰

I used to listen to the likes of Louise Hay with a strong resistence due to the level of "new age-conviction" that all that happen is caused by our subjective choice of experience. Yes for anyone with knowledge of science these things are irrational. But if we can take her words in a symbolic way (not absolutistic) we can see that many of our emotional patterns create behavior changes that combined affect our hormones, brain connections and in turn affect health. So yes, self hate leads to different ways of escaping and tensing up. We get stressed eat bad and avoid healing activities. And she is saying that. So just keep in mind the symbolic wayof expressing and the words are brilliant tools/pointers for change. Louise Hay is a blessing for us on our path of self growth. ❤️
