Having the big C (cancer) brings this to you in an early and very clear way.
You appreciate every moment, every day, even the hard ones, and stop beating yourself up.....life is so beautiful.
Love and acceptance and gratitude and decent boundaries are the answer to all things.

Rest & relax and let go, keep the love, but let go of the hurt the depression the regrets, ''it's ok not to be ok'', breathe and enjoy the ride of lifes experience.
I have too going through grief, my wife of 13 yrs passed within 3 mths to cervix cancer tumor on 8 1 23 thinking it was just menopause :(... don't wait till you lose someone n be forced to be ''ok not being ok'' and needed help, which is taking n not giving.

A few examples when it comes to our bodies we don't need to actively think of the autonomous parts but each part is in synergy with each other so it's not fully just autonomous. We can control our motor.function. If I choose I can sit here and pick my nose all day if that's what I want to do. I can also control my breathing, which can in turn help to control and regulate the nervous system. I can also.control my emotions. 99 % of my life experience of.things going around me is 100 percent my experience and I always have a choice. I can't control the outcome cut I can still choose. I can choose my thoughts and what is like to entertain myself with, I am also choose what is like to imagine or not. I will continue watching and message you in a bit

When you have aspirations and hope life is not suffering. Hope is a positive emotion. We cannot be happily continuously but even when we're normally happy, at peace, and satisfied Buddha said, Life is suffering. I'm not debating the reason why we suffer but when your experience is, life is suffering, Buddha is talking about satisfaction. For Buddha even satisfaction is suffering. When satisfaction is no longer satisfying, do you see the problem? When we get completely bored. When you have been there done that with all the archetypes then there's nothing that satisfies anymore. So long as you're separate we are always going to have at least one suffering which is boredom. Then you're ready for enlightenment.

i totally agree with these ideas and they are transforming me but i think the reason humans store up these bad memories and analyze and grudge is because we evolved to remember who owes us a favor and who to trust and who to gossip about to survive via cooperation with a tribe

42 out of 52 years of suicidal tendencies, thoughts and feelings and no new theory, belief system or concept has broken it yet.
Spirituality and various conceptual frameworks of those, medicines, meditation, retreats, logic and reason, eating well, vitamins, exercise, therapies, therapists, counseling etc etc etc.
    still regularly suicidal constantly.
    Ramana Maharishi suggested Self inquiry.
    Ok, who’s suicidal?
No one there of course because there’s no self which must mean that this particular character in the play is supposed to have a lifetime of suicidal thoughts and feelings.
It could be worse, no doubt, but it’s certainly not great.

I see the value in letting go of preferences for things outside of our control. But there are choices to be made every day - control/power we do have. If we have no preferences what do we use as a guide for decision making?

Dear Michael, i have a question.
Meeting some people in life makes that old pain comes to the surface. That gives the possibility to let the heart burn.
As a person we choose if we are going to meet them or not.
So some of them are very good triggers. 😅
Is it so that Meeting them could be like an addiction?
I it possible to give some explanations about that topic?
Thank you so much for your gift to mankind.
    Kind regards 🙏

While i agree that we all probably judge, expect and set standards for our satisfaction far too often.
Shouldn’t there be a massive caveat with this message?
Aren’t emotions like anger useful in that it lets you know when someone is mistreating you, broken your trust and in those situations you should have a preference, an expectation of how you want things to be?
If you wandered the world only tuning in to love and joy and accepting everything the way it is, (my village is being invaded, but i accept it) wouldn’t you become a burden to those around you?

21:10 a nice example that is somewhere between the low lying fruit of a slow driver and tragedies. I can see learning to laugh (with a little non-negaive "oh wow") at a situation like the one he gives here.

    • @gummisnoodable
      @gummisnoodable Рік тому

22:42 I need to work on this, to get to the point where I experience every moment like this. This is very advanced, continue with ever increasing moments like this. Early stages: low hanging fruit (slow driver, annoyances) > noticing centered awareness in conversations, some stressful > even more stressful situations like the previous timestamp of having to slam on the brakes to avoid collision - calm response to immediate aftermath provides best action and least stress > tragedies of various levels > centered awareness in all moments - big, small or indifferent.

It's telling how these spiritual guys never sought out physically breaking their backs everyday to barely survive to find their answers. They always have the luxury of leaving society, and what do you know... It's so simple. I'm done with this stuff.

I will be posting shortly with some notes and questions as to how you drew some of these conclusions. We have more control than you say. How did this video get made? Was that choice and action made by you or some invisible force of what you wanted to do? 🤔

The only criticism I have of any one or thing in this world is...
It would or wouldn't work for me.
    It's all a choice!

I agree with the overall premise but the idea that we are doing nothing and have to no control to create, as well as have no control over our bodily functions such as the liver, etc, is untrue and is being proven as such. True yogi have demonstrated the ability to control their auto nervous system, heart rate and temperature under scientific study. We can't do it today bc we forgot how but we can if we relearn and try. We have more control than we think. We are the creators of our own lives, not just victims of the game that have to learn how to accept it. I do agree that we have to accept what we can't control and those include things like other people (especially!), and the weather, but we are not as passive as he is suggesting.

    • @merrykaczmarek3757
      @merrykaczmarek3757 Рік тому +2

Could you send yourself and your boss loving kindness?
What has helped me is learning that if anyone is not loving, they are in fear and crying out for love…..there is only love or fear….
Another way to say it: He or she is calling for love.
And, if this triggers you or it’s too much for you-- you might be crying for love yourself, take really good care of yourself. (Better sleep, healthy food, meditate, exercise,)
Then, might you go speak with someone in a calm and kind voice about this boss?
Loving yourself includes taking care of yourself when someone is treating you with ill will.🫠💧🩸💧may you find peace with this situation and call this experience a blessing and a teacher , one day…..🍃🌸💕blessings to you
