Why did this video teach me everything I need to know in the first view. You rock and I love your encouraging teaching style. Wish I had more teachers like you maybe I wouldn’t need youtube lol
well i must say that you are the only one who has explained this equation in a very simple and straight way which has helped me understand. Thank you so much.
Wow soo cute explanation 🙏✨ first time i clearly understand Hardy Weinberg equilibrium based questions... I can't explain .. My feelings is on upper levels.. Thank you🙏 thank you so much...you are grt.. 👏my fav cheenal on UA-cam... Love you❤ from🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
By the letter if its in lowercase its recessive and if its in uppercase its dominant Even by the num of the thing give like if u have something for example 300 and 60 here we have the more is dominant and the less is recessive so 300 is dominant and 60 is recessive
An easy way to remember that you have to divide it with the number of entities in a population is that when you square root the number ('q^2') to get 'q', you're not going to get a number smaller than 1. For example, in this case, if we did the square root of 54 we would get q=7.4. So now, if we go back to the formula p+q=1, you see that it makes no sense, the number has to be smaller than 1.
I don't usually comment, but I just want to thank you for your hard work. This was an extremely helpful review for me!

Thank you I do not have things to give you for your help from this perfect and helpfull video , let me ask to God , be blessed dear Teacher
Perfect demonstration… being teacher, a felt ur awesome teacher… explained HW equilibrium in very easy manner… kudos to you👏
I wanted to thank you 🙏 for making this video. You solved my problem about counting allele.🥰
Someone in my class called this the Harvey Weinstein equation 😂😂😂
😂😂
😂😂 omg find him for me
😂😅school can been like that
appreciate the practice and explanation after. thank you so much!
you just unlucky if you did not find this video
SOOO real
Outstanding explanation mam❤
Very clear explanation. Thank you so much mam
very informational, I loved every second of this video. It really helped me a lot :)
Hi how about multiple alleles?
Genuinely helpful.
10:58 when we start calculation from 1789÷2361
Then all further calculations get different ans y???
Can anyone explain
Thank you so much, this helped in Malawi today!❤️
Wow you just saved my life 🎉❤
thought i was locked in on this topic but MASSIVELY failed the quiz on it. watching this to prep for tutoring tomorrow :,)
Wow wow ❤this is so nice 👍
Do I still put the percentage even if the question only askes for the frequency?
Why did you multiply it to 2?
I ADORE YOU THANK YOU SO MUCH!
excuse me, how do you determine if a trait is recessive or dominant ?
By the letter if its in lowercase its recessive and if its in uppercase its dominant
Even by the num of the thing give like if u have something for example 300 and 60 here we have the more is dominant and the less is recessive so 300 is dominant and 60 is recessive
Hope that helped
@@usermeiow-rv5jf3ub5r a lot actually, thank you for answering
7.8 minutes why the q² is 0.16 not 16 where did it get that how it converted to.16
It's was amazing
Very nice explanation mam
thank you so much madame.
Best explanation ever
2:35 why do we divide 54/600?
An easy way to remember that you have to divide it with the number of entities in a population is that when you square root the number ('q^2') to get 'q', you're not going to get a number smaller than 1.

It's because
Frequency of individuals= individuals/total population
This was really helpful❤❤
how do you get 0.7 in p?
ok I get it
1-0.3 =0.7
P+q=1
P+0.3=1
P=1-0.3=0.7
thank you a lot
Useful 👍
Thank you so much you really helped me!!!
super useful video, thank you very much for this detailed and perfect explanation :))
Thank you Ma'am ❤
thanks so much! by the way you are adorableee
