- That's right, I'm a Twilight fan. What of it? lol
So I decided to start a Building Twilight mini series! And I'm starting with my favorite third wheel, Jacob Black. I scanned through and watched every scene in every Twilight movie that shows the slightest glimpse of Jacob's house to bring you the closest possible Sims 4 replica. I hope it is to your liking! :)
The next build in the Building Twilight series won't be for some time since I want to focus on Werewolves for the time being. But I will build Bella's house and the Cullen house asap!

You're definitely one of the best at furnishing in an "ugly" aesthetic, meaning: improvised, lived-in, run-down, mismatched places cluttered to the brim with stuff. Just stuff. Things lying about, old stickers on the walls, post-its on the fridge, a half-empty bottle left somewhere on a table, these kinds of things. They show all the traces of lives being lived under your roof, of everyday, mundane things that occupy people's minds, at least for a while, and remain a part of their environment.
The funny thing is though: When you furnish like this, things work together really well and the homes you make have a great flow and feel about them. It's just beautiful.
The whole shed/garage setup looks amazing, especially the tarps with car parts laid out. But as usual, every single detail is just so on point that I almost feel like I've been to this place, or rather, like it's a friend's house. (And I'm not a Twilight fan at all; I only watched a few of the movies to have a good laugh - sorry to say. 😅 I did like the aesthetics of the movies though.)
Really well done, my dear; I can't wait to see you build more with this pack, even Twilight-related houses! 🤗
(The only other builder who builds run-down, wildly cluttered places equally masterfully, though still very differently from you, is Yukihyo here on YT. Definitely do check them out if you can!)

That means so much, because the realistic details and decorations are my favorite parts. I'm so glad you like them. Oh yeah, Twilight isn't for everybody 😄😄 I got into it right when it came out and have been ever since. It's a nostalgia thing for me 😊 I would suggest giving the soundtracks and scores a listen though, they're so good!

The only minor wee nitpick is the bathroom needs a bath for Billy who is disabled. Other than that it’s perfect!

I’m honestly really exited for Charlie’s house, I’m looking forward to the obnoxious amount of lamps in Bellas room. Don’t rush yourself on the rest of the twilight builds tho have fun with all the werewolf stuff first :)

Oh WOW. I absolutely LOVE this build and all the attention to detail you put into it! I can just see Bella pulling up to Jacob's garage with the motorcycles in the back of her truck. This is so well done! Since Moonwood Mill is so small, I figured I'd use a mod to make Granite Falls residential and add it on to my werewolves' territory when I get the pack, since it fits right in with the aesthetic. It was a good choice for this build.
I'm an unapologetic fan of Twilight. I really loved the series and have read the books and watched the movies multiple times. But WAY before Twilight came out, I was always drawn to the Pacific Northwest. My dream was to live in a small town somewhere west of Seattle, near the coast. So when Twilight came out and I saw the scenes in Forks (and all the non-Forks locales), I fell gob-smacked in love with the region. I love the rugged coastline, the mountains, the tall pines, the ferny undergrowth of the forests, and the rain. To me, Forks is Heaven. I can't tell you how often I do Google street view tours of the area, haha. A lot. I will live there someday. 🌲🏔⛰🌲💜

Oh my goodness, I feel the EXACT same way about the Pacific Northwest! I saw a picture of Washington when I was 11 years old and it was the most beautiful thing I'd ever seen. That's why I visited a few years ago. It's my dream to live there one day too! 🌲🏔🏞🚵♀️

I agree, I really wish the Sims team would include more native content. It's probably hard to do, however, because each nation has such a unique culture. The Wyoit is a lot different than Navajo for instance. Still, I'd love to see some sort of representation.
This was the only problem I thought of. I figured they would either have to be very specific (only focus on one nation) or extremely vague. I don't know which would be better?
But same, I would love to see the representation (after plenty of research, of course).
@@RoxxySimsYeah, it can be a touchy thing, for sure. With the werewolf pack, I feel they could have put some in with the PNW tribes, seems the world is heavily influenced by it.

This was a very enjoyable video. You talk very naturally and at a good pace. You take some breaks here and there which really nice for the ears and you also talked about some interesting stuff rather than just describing what we're looking at.

I have honestly never thought of that before!
But now that I think of it, I bet they would get their own? I think they would probably stay closer to Bella and Edward (kind of like how they live in a cottage next to the Cullen house).

I’m a twilight fan and just recently started my twilight play file!! Love this build and I I love the wall light that you turn to look like a plug outlet! I’ve been waiting for sims to make one and I’m really hoping that since light switches came out Maybe just Maybe plug outlets will be next! I have one question though, how do you flip the light around? I play on Xbox so fingers crossed it’s not a mod.

You can totally do this without a mod. All you do is build a wall, place the clock on the wrong side of the wall (the opposite side that you want the plug on), delete the wall, move the wall light a little back so that the plug is exposed, then build the wall back. You might have to adjust it a couple times to get it perfect.

I have seen so many versions of the Cullen House and of Charlie's house and I've found something wrong with each of them even if it's just the tiniest detail. It could be the lack of packs or something but it always felt like something was missing in the Cullen House. In Charlie's house everyone seems to put the bathroom in the wrong place and I would find myself gutting the second floor trying to figure it out then gutting the first floor to match the second floor.
Here's to hoping that you can do those houses justice.

I just made Seth and Leah last week (long haired Leah cause Meyers did Leah dirty in every aspect) and was thinking about making Jacob and a couple of the other guys. This build is gorgeous and I loved seeing someone build something for pack instead of the Cullens. 😂 Not that I have anything against the Cullens (minus Edward), but I'd love to see you build Bella's house first.

At around the 7:33 mark you put down a socket and wire, since the build isn’t CC can I ask what items you used to make this in game? Amazing build, I loved jacobs house in the movies so this is perfect!
Yes! The socket is the back side of a night light (it's the one that has a moon and clouds), and the wire is from the debug section of the Journey to Batuu pack 😊

kind of wish we could see the build catalog at the bottom of the screen bc some of these items i have never seen I'm guessing they're debug but even then i haven't seen a lot of them. i was like which pack is this? is that cc? lol. this build is amazing.
I get that. I only don't show it because of how I record, I do it a bit differently and the catalog flashes and becomes very distracting. Sorry about that!
But yes, lots of debug stuff (and I own every build pack). No custom content though. I also use the Better Build Buy mod by TwistedMexi. It puts in the bb.showliveeditobjects and bb.showhiddenobjects cheats for you, and organizes it all! Very helpful!

crazy talented, how do you find all these objects? do you have to manually search through all the debug items? or is there a mod involved? can't wait to see your other builds! i dont know why, maybe because i grew up with twilight during school, but i am obsessed! I would like to see Bella's house over the Cullen's but I'm excited for both! I hope that you also build the diner!

You unfortunately can't make it residential. ☹️
I was only using that world temporarily to build in (for the lighting), but I have moved this build to the new world of Moonwood Mill.
May I ask, what pack is that 2 panelled window from?
Where is the bedrooms for Jacob's sisters Rebecca and Rachel?
What about doing Sam and Emily's place?
I'm not sure there is more bedrooms in this house, even though that wouldn't make sense for the story. It's pretty small, and there's only 2 doors leading to the common areas. But I've never seen a layout of the house (even after searching extensively), so I can't know for sure.
I've thought about building Sam and Emily's house (because I love it so much). I just wish we saw more than just the kitchen!

I'm making a save that has all the lots from the movies and books and want them to be accurate
I started making the households and chose the point of starting is gonna be at the end of the twilight saga .
Now that high school pack is coming out I changed my ming and want to still build everything but make it start from the beginning of the first book
If u play the save you are Bella and just got to forks to live with Charlie. Hadn't met Jacob or Edward yet,
You get to replay the story!

That's how I'll be building everything too, from the starting point of the story! I was going to have them be all young adults, but the high school pack made me want them all to be teenagers 😊
I think I'll be building Charlie and Bella's house next, but I'm going to wait until the high school pack comes out (because I think there will be a lot there that's perfect for that house).
I'm keeping an eye out for people who are making the characters... I haven't seen anyone make them without cc though. I don't know if you care about cc? But I'm doing all cc free.
