Today I attempt Pokemon Grueling Gold for the first time! This fan-made game features the Johto region we all know and love, with everything cranked up to 11. Updated Pokemon, much more difficult battles, and tons of quality of life improvements made over the original. Let's see how it goes as we venture into Grueling Gold together for the first time!

Nuzlocke Rules:
1. May only catch the first Pokemon on each route/new area.
2. Must nickname every Pokemon caught.
3. If a Pokemon faints, it's considered dead and we must release it.
Hardcore Rules
1. Must play on set mode.
2. Level caps are enforced between gyms.
3. No items in battle (other than held items).
