I agree Dave, I have used Halkon Hunt for a lot of years now and it has NEVER let me down, + the aftersales service that Sandra offers is first class.

I fish with loads of match anglers who use the halkenhunt stuff and they love it and most wear the Diawa coat and bib and brace I bought Musto gortex which is used for sailing which is about the same price and guaranteed for life but your right about Halkenhunt

I got a jacket from them in 1990 and its still going good plus a windstopper jacket best out there.Plus the after sale service is 5 STAR you cant put a price on staying dry and warm

Don't want to tempt fate, but my set is pushing 10 years old now, and NO issues yet!🤞.....and it's truly comfortable stuff to wear!! Wouldn't hesitate to replace it with the same stuff from HH...as you say, it's the best you can get!!👍

My Jacket and bib and brace have lasted 30 years though time to order new ones, i was fishing 3/4 times a week when i bought it. You cant get better

my pole was less than two coats and trousers
Scott my pole was £2000 so for £600 for a full set of clothing what keeps you warm and dry thats Go Tex and will last you over 10 years isn't a bad investment. 👍

£800!! Crikey Dave, don’t let the tight Yorkies on Maggotdrowners know. They’ll tell you a bin liner over the top of an Army surplus jacket and pair of £5 jeans would have been better value for money. ;-)

I got mine from rotherham wickersley angling i think its the same as donny one halken hunt
Mine leaked in crouch when sitting down on bib n brace in heavy rain due to puddling but coat was sound
Nothing is water proof with stich seams... Not worth price tag
