That ending line "and I don't take weekends" was said so peppy and yet it's so sad that he doesn't get a day off. It's why so many creators have burnout is they're constantly producing and hustling - as humans we just aren't made for that. We need time to chill.

I mean his day doesn't sound crazy all. Sounds pretty normal to me. The only thing that is kinda out of ordinary is the fact that he works out runs for 90 minutes a day. Rest is pretty normal, nothing to be fascinated about.

I don't feel bad about him spending his time on things he really enjoys doing (such as Heist with Markiplier), but man, it seems like he doesnt get any free time to be with Amy, or even just for himself. I didn't really think about his schedule before, but now I'm really surprised he hasn't taken more breaks over the years.

I feel Amy with the alarm Ptsd, my summer alarm was a song that I always had on at full blast so I could feed the horses. Now whenever my sister plays that song I have Nam flashbacks
pro tip- i made my alarm the markiplier outtro so that its impossible for me to hate it and it actually works !! been using it for about 6 months now and i dont wake up annoyed anymore and i dont have the Subliminal Alarm Dread hearing it outside of my alsrm
I have permanent alarm ptsd for Payphone by Maroon 5. It wasn’t even my alarm, but I stayed overnight in the waiting room when a family member was in the hospital once, and some random other person had that as their alarm, and it just repeated the chorus on loop, full volume, for over an hour before they woke up

Its so much fun! There's also an option designed for treadmill if you aren't in a good location to run through a park/neighborhood. Its also on android if you don't use Apple. I don't use it anymore, but i do believe it's just called Zombies: RUN!

@@sunsetvoir There are two actually. If you want a more story based activity, theres Zombies: RUN! i believe thats what its called, anyway. And then theres Zombie Run 5k which I believe is that app that Mark is referring to. Both are great
It's definitely a good place to start if you dislike running, the story is immersive so you can actually feel like it's the apocalypse.
I never knew Mark did so much for his viewers. I can't imagine how much stress he is under.
