You can make them, you can sell them and all that, but you can't use that exact phrase in their name, or in describing them. For related fun, try looking up the trademark on "Superhero"

Huh, considering Mark's insane cooking attempts on his own channel, I never took him for a sort of low-Salt guy. He was pretty reluctant about adding salt every time.
If I remember he had a heart attack once so the doctor probably put him in a low salt diet for a while and maybe that stuck.
