Good to see you, girlfriend! Locs looking good!! Thanks for the update. I seem to have a bit more dandruff this past month. Im almost 6 months locd! Feels sooo good!
@@anishkajf I am just washing a bit more often. I only use a mixture of Almond and Coconut oil on my hair. I have some peppermint oil so i might start using a bit of that with my combo. Otherwise, I am just monitoring the situation. I'm experiencing the shrinking and bunching phase now. Its exciting to see the transition. 😀👍🏻
Your locs are lovely. I'm newly loc'd and I've used oil on my scalp as well. I didn't expect the itchy scalp this soon. Other than that, I'm loving my locs
💕 Thanks, girl! And same here! My scalp doesn't itch beyond the normal limits, it's just the dryness and flakes. But I'm glad you're loving your locs. I feel the same way about my locs, too!
Someone else started my sister locks. Love them. Love her. But i was looking for someone closer to me. I live in Jonesboro. Saw your video, checked out her work and went! I loved my retie. Funny thing. I’m a natural hairstylist and i literally work in the same suites! 😂 Had sis right there with me, neva knew! When you know betta you do betta 😁 so thankful for your video.
😲😮 Shayla told me about you!! I was just in her chair yesterday. I'm so glad my video helped you. I'm happy that you love your results. And I'm sure I've walked past your suite plenty of times and never knew it. 🤣
@@Simplylockd 💕 Time flies! You will get there. I'm now at month 14 and you can't tell me nothin'. Lol. The way my locs are is the way I envisioned them to be, but even better!!
My experience is amazing. My ends are budding and thankfully the itchy scalp has gone away. It’s just so liberating to just get dressed and walk out the house.
💕 Hey! I have no idea how many locs I have. I never took the time to count them, and I don't think I ever will. And thank you! Yes, I definitely know that my locs will be super-duper easy to maintain because of their size.
@@anishkajf Rose water, I have also added, tea tree and peppermint oil to my water, but it’s not working. I’m praying that my flakes don’t get matted in my locs. I’m trusting the process. Once it starts to loc and grow, I believe I’ll be okay.
@@Loretha87 💕 Try some sweet almond oil on your scalp. That's what I'm using and it helps make the dryness disappear. But I have to use it everyday to maintain my scalp. Girl, speaking of getting your flakes matted into your locs, I have some lint matted/stuck in my locs in my kitchen area, lol. My loctician was unable to remove them. She said I'll be able to detox my hair to remove it. But that won't happen until months from now.
I love the parting size! It was funny when you were like oop, might've went to far down 😂 lemme subscribe right quick!
Lol! Thanks so much for watching & subscribing. It's greatly appreciated!!!!
Thank You for sharing your progress, I'm motivated! My appointments are in June 2022!
Yay!! Congrats to you, girl!! Please keep me posted on how things go. You're gonna love it. I'm so in love with my locs.

@@mybeasley2442 💕 Okay. I hope that as your hair continues to mature that you notice a difference with your scalp.
I love the size of your locs. Most people go for smallest size but I think you have the perfect size. 💚
❤️ Thanks so much! That video was 2 years ago. My locs look so much better now.
@@anishkajf I agree. I been looking through your videos. They looked great then and even better now 💚
❤️ I appreciate you for tuning in!!

Hi Harris, what oils do you use? Just curious.
@@mybeasley2442 olive oil and I may try other oils from time to time
@@harrisbotanicalacres5286 💕 Thanks, girl!! I'm starting to notice that, too, if I don't oil my scalp every day. I need to stay on top of that.
They look AMAZING!
💕 Thanks so much, girl!!!
@@anishkajf ya, you are welcome. I am actually one month behind you. I just got my first re-tie the other day.

💕 Girl, yes!! Wake up and hair is already done. I'm glad you're loving it. So am I.
You might need peppermint oil, soothing and helps with the itch.
💕 Thanks for the tip! I actually already considered mixing the peppermint oil with my sweet almond oil.
Lovely! How many locks do you have? I think this is going to grow out perfectly and be easy to maintain as your locks get longer.
