1st: You are musically talented, very much so. 2nd: You are using this to create content for viewers and listeners on the internet. 3rd: If you are seeking growth and recognition, please take note the current trend of what people enjoy and want. 4th: Take the current state of the fastest growing youtuber, Casey Neistat and his shooting style. 5th: He removes all nuances of corporate tone and keeps a "unpolished" and raw feel. 6th: Why am I saying this? You achieved this feel back in 2010 & 2011 with those silly piano covers that everyone enjoyed. We felt connect to you and had fun with you. 7th: I don't see or feel that way with your content anymore. 8th: Try making a new video with that old style of having the dog and friends randomly pop into screen while we enjoy your musical skill.
Completely agree very well put!! It feels a shame that I couldn't stay feeling connected with this channel but this newest video does feel more reminiscent of what he was doing when the content was more fun. Now of course we should all do our best not to just cry "Waahh no change!" which is all too easy. I want to allow him to be able to advance creatively, its just also gotta be for the better. I suppose that line between doing what has been proven to work and taking creative initiative is just one that every content creator is going to have to walk and that's okay. Either way I absolutely adore this new song!! Super infectious and really well done!
