The polices are brutal, they treat the man worst then animal, they're so rude , he knew he was going back to prison I don't see the reason for such aggression,, but the old men is so stubborn, he wants to keep building no matter the price , all I have to say is good luck ❤
He is only hurting himself, more regular visits for longer periods of time may be forfeited because he refuses to cooperate. He adds more trauma to his family because he is stubborn, he is only home fir two days and he spends them cementing blocks which he knows is nit allowed, it’s like he’s looking for trouble and it’s not helping matters in any way. That young officer is brutal every time he comes out, it’s like he goes overboard with the nasty attitude. The other two are more restrained and show some compassion, but even that won’t last long if the father doesn’t straighten up, confrontations will not go in his favor!

I know he's hurting his chances of getting out, but even when they comply they still act rude and obnoxious to them! I think his father is just tired of their corrupt government doing as they please and with such nastiness! There is no logical reason why the officer takes them building so personally, he probably lives far away in a nice house and has nothing to do whatsoever with these nomads! He's merely an employee but he seems to have become an officer to abuse his authority! Because they are the "law" so they don't answer to anyone!

@@oEZ2CYo There is a proper way to bring about change, and acting crazy, being violent, and trying to force your point of view is not the answer. The only thing Hassan’s father accomplished with his behavior was to bring more negative actions to his family by the authorities. There were countless homes destroyed, but not all families received the brutality from the officers that Hassan’s family encountered, the officers retaliated against this family, they locked up the father, they beat Hassan on several occasions, and they came after the mother. Was that the proper response from the officers, NO IT WAS NOT, but Hassan stood alone in this battle, and he took the brunt of it, which did not solve anything, it only made matters worse for them. Now it is to a point where they keep checking this family looking for a reason to mistreat them even further and the family still does not understand that they must abide by the rules, they are still going against the regulations and doing what they want to do. In the end, they are the ones who will suffer, the father could actually be given more time in prison, or loose his visitation privileges because of his attitude, the lawyer already told Hassan to keep his mother quiet and not interfere with the officers, but there she was running her mouth again. How about organizing the nomads who have also lost their homes, pool their resources and get legal representation to fight this action in the legal system?

The father said a nice goodbye to his kids and grandson….but not even a look, pat on the face, or hug for his wife. Does anyone other than me find that very strange? If he knows he will be gone for 2.5 years or slightly more you would think he would hug or hold his wife for a minute before leaving🥲

And they will now go back to building the room, fence, another roof or enclosure for storage as if nothing….even when they were warned not to build anything. The father keeps claiming he has all the required permits but only shows an Ariel map of the property, then he claims he got a permit to plant many trees on the property but again where is the official documents. I just don’t get that they build not caring if they will be next to go to prison, especially the mother who already had a case for destruction of police property that the lawyer got her out of with just paying a fine, nothing more was said about Hassan going to arrange a payment plan?

I agree be happy you got to see your father in good health for the 2 days and spend time with him. You all were told that it was only a 48 hr visit. During that time you all should have spent with your father talking and planning for the future instead of building a wall which could have waited, the police already took pictures and will investigate. You were warned not to build and you keep saying you have permits but never show them? So not sure why the hysterics and arguing with the police instead of cooperating. Tat acts as if father died and he is 7 not 17…..man up and put your big boy pants on and help Hassan as best you can, the sister says I didn’t know my father came home, well you could call Hassan he has a phone and you would be in the loop on family updates your the one that left them remember. And mother I understand your upset that your husband has left to finish his prison sentence, but asking Hassan to call out of work is selfish and unfair, he is the only one earning money to put food on the table, and pay the family debts. Even one missed work day will impact your family’s financial situation. Your a grown woman and the mother why does Hassan need to stay home to console you and Tat when as a mother that is your job?
