    What about Roasted peant + Sugar or Jaggery/ Roadted Sesame + Sugar or Jaggery / Roasted cashew nuts + Sugar or Jaggery for DM patients during hypoglycemia.

      Sir,Without suger or joggery both are good for diabetic patients.We have to reduce carbs like rice chapathi etc
      Increase veg curries,Protein foods like white meat ie eggs,chicken,fish and for vegetarians paneer,soya chunks like meal maker,Ground nuts and other nuts(soaked) in moderate quantities.

    Respected sir, you have forgotten about adulteration of oils. Groundnut 1 kg is costing roughly Rs. 100. For getting 1 kg oil needs 3 kg groundnuts. How will they charge less amount?
