@JohnLudwick is no stranger to owning unique builds. His latest acquisition, an extended wheel base Toyota Century, is the biggest head turner of them all. It took years of searching for John to find the right one, and when he did, he drove across country for it. After dropping it with AirLift Suspension and a set of old Work Wheels; he headed down for H2Oi where we shot this feature. Would you ride in the front or back of this?

Toyota Century, Crown, Alphard, etc are so limited quantities worldwide especially Toyota Century is made to fit the Emperor of Japan and the family, and you may buy it not because of you have the money but Toyota will inspect you whether you deserve to have it or not. Truly Prestigious.
Even Real Land Cruiser J300 only available in Asia and Australia and for the rest of the world only Baby Land Cruiser J250 we in Asia simply call it Land Cruiser Prado.

How reliable are the v8. Do they have the same engine and transmission as a lexus

Not underrated but too expensive to hear about
@@karaabdelkader1273 . It's pretty much under the VIP class of cars, However there isn't an aftermarket for the century (that I know of). When it comes to VIP the cars are usually under 20k or even under 10k but the appearance mods are expensive. The century is highly respected, just not common. There are some certain bits and bobs that are not to reliable either, it's just a little to advanced

@@lordoftherims436 Duncan Imports on the US has one for as low as $8K going up to $11K, so still a great bang for your buck.

I saw this car at Riverside. Has an authentic toyota electric shaver that plugs into the 12v. Not only that but theres only 400 of those in the world. Crazy 🤯

the vehicle has SO many little details that I still didn't even capture. with it being a foggy day, it got dark quick. but glad i was able to shoot it regardless!
2:01 has one of the most heavy aesthetic vibe I've ever seen. The car, the Bush and the way the road blends with the rocks almost like sand at a beach. Beautiful film. Great work!

Honestly this is effortless fire. Not sure what lens choice this was, but the creamy bokeh mixed W the haze/fog among the buildings... Seriously good. John always has wicked toys, but this one never really impressed me too much even tho I LOVE VIP cars. This has changed my mind ! I had no clue it was so clean, so many little features and never realized how good of condition the paint is in. This video did the car the justice it deserves. ( Also the locked rear facing shots were $$$$$$ )

SOUND DESIGN at beginning was perfection
hehe, the doors don't actually creak, but with them being so large and heavy, it only felt right to give it a creaking sound effect.
Nice to see a luxury car not being beat up doing burnouts, doughnuts and spins for a change. The video is very well done, exudes luxury and the music makes it even more so!! Totally enjoyed the vent windows all being open too - something sorely missing on today's cars. Thank you very much.
