    If you do all of these exercises you will see improvement. I did it 13 years ago, once a week for months and it made a huge difference with a physical therapist

    I’ve actually never came across a video for neck hump where I actually feel the change in the neck hump. I just started today but I am thankful and will start doing this everyday to see a change. Pregnancy can really bring your head forward so I’m trying to correct that.

      There's no way it worked in 5 seconds xD unless you didn't have a hump and just needed go straighten your back

    I’m so glad I found this! I also have one of those foam neck stretchers on Amazon. Do they actually work? I find it hurts when I lay on it

    What is your advice on Neck Braces (Soft Cervical Collars) for TECH NECK? Do you have a favorite one? Where should I buy it? I am doing your exercises for this.

    I have a very long neck - makes it a lot harder to hold your head up straight. It naturally wants to tile forward.

      If you have an issue with your neck, that can sometimes cause dizziness with certain movements. Best to get an appropriate diagnosis from your doctor.

      @@drjonsaunders thank you. I'm having an xray soon to see what's going on. Had neck pain since i was 18 but now it's getting too painful. All I hear is cracking and grinding. My lower back can hurt too sometimes. I'm only 39.
