Got mine from the kickstarter and its defective. been trying to get support or ask for a replacement but they seem to be having a hard time understanding or admitting I have a defect. replaced it with a Elgato HD60 S I got for $50 a third of the Shadowcast 2 Pro cost and same setup and wiring and it works fine.
Does the usb-c port on the computer/laptop have to be 3.2 compatible for the shadowcast pro 2 to work cause i checked on my laptop, I only have 1 type c port and it doesn't have ss on it (hope what I asked wasn't too confusing)
