I hate that, even though they keep bringing these targets back, you cannot replay them unless they're in the arcade mode.
The Ex Dictator is the only 1 I failed of the Year 3 targets and I cannot play it any more

on isle of sgail, whats the reason for pushing the gargoyle (43:02)? does that activate something within the map, spawn something, or draw a guard out? or is it "just because"?

There is a guard on the lower level guarding the bridge, use your instinct and you will see him hearing the noise from the gargoyle. He will come to investigate and you can take his uniform or in a normal run just drop down the pipe and go straight to the bridge since he no longer guarding it.
