In my opinion, Tuner cars are the most OP in the game. Exotics require you to tune properly and even then it will get you nowhere without driving skills. Muscle cars give you acceleration more than needed but also require you to master their crappy handling. But tuner cars are just buy, upgrade and go. Also they are much cheaper than Muscle or Exotic cars. No need to tune, especially if its a Lancer or Skyline GTR. They should have had a bit more acceleration penalty, since its easily possible to win Darius canyon race with a Lancer by pulling away.
Can you give me a guide through your tuning settings ? I mean when we're buying upgrades for example "low rpm or high rpm". I hope you understand i can't explain much sorry 😂. The reason i'm asking because i really like the car's handling.
I followed the guide on speedrun.com www.speedrun.com/nfsc/guide/re8ts . It basically gives you everything you need to know about tuning. The only difference I made on this run is that I had tuned my suspension so the car was more responsive instead of grippy. However, the guide does give you more optimal suspension tuning compared to what I did. As for turbo/supercharger; I really don't know. As far as I can tell, a low rpm tune is always bad and you should always tune it to high rpm (especially if you are using manual, like I was here). Another thing, I wouldn't recommend upgrading your transmission as the only thing that did was make the gear ratios longer, which resulted in much slower acceleration, but a higher top speed. You rarely reach top speed in this game, so acceleration is always better (ignore the fact that I did upgrade my transmission on this run, I didn't know about the longer gear ratios at the time).

I completely agree.
Agreed, but tuner is more like underrated imo, cuz the most OP cars in this game is corvette
It's good the way it is.
How do you pull away from Darius with a Lancer btw? As far as I know that's impossible
It's more like
Tuners to Novice and Muscle to Veterans
Meanwhile the exotic cars are for more Challenge
Don't mess with the rally Evo, bwoy! :D

I'm sure with lancer you coulda won by overtaking or at least pulling away
I could've, but I'm just bad at the game.
@@ItzSamOnPC but now, I guess you can
Bruh, why play in first person?
I can judge corners better and, generally, it just feels more fun to play (especially on a keyboard).
@@ItzSamOnPC too bad Carbon didn't had an inside vehicle view :/
@@BiggusWeeabus Yeah, that would've been cool.
how did you install the game on pc?
You can get a copy of the game on Amazon, Ebay and other sites
