Can a consumer demand to see a copy of a suppliers SLA? So when I pay for a suppliers service as a customer/consumer there has to be a contractual agreement between the supplier and the customer/consumer, does this have to be a signed agreement by both parties and with wet ink signatures? What if there wasnt an agreed contract between both parties with a signed contract, what if it was an implied contract/ implied/assumed consent to the contract to supply a service? When if a business ie a service supplier hasn't met their service level agreement, how can the consumer of the service make a claim for compensation?
Is open-ended sla protecting service provider from being terminated?
Thank you for your brilliant narration and guidelines
