She is actually aligned with multiple paths, aside from being connected with the Erudition and Finality, she may also have some connections with Nihility

but the enigmata wants to keep things chaotic and undeterminable by erasing concrete facts/pasts and calculations that "lock" the future into place, which pretty much goes against what polka kakamond wants to achieve, no?

Enigmata has became a meme to the point it cover it's true philosphy, kinda funny isn't it. One thing you missed is that if you look around hertas office you will see a note placed on a wall that’s says something along the lines of “if you want me to join you, my scalpel must pierce a specific genius” so this may entail that if a specific persons dies she would join the cause

Its kinda difficult to beat polka shes kinda like an overtuned yhwach. The way they did it in SU is by introduces so many variables to probability that she can't interfere anymore
I don't think so, The Herta is in 3.0 cause we're dealing with the past (history and heroes), we can only go to Amphoreous because we have the help of Black Swan, the real herta could not pass this opportunity to access a place in the universe only accesible to memo keepers. Herta will then be able to add this feature into the simulated universe for more data and clarity i guess.
And don't forget that if I'm not mistaken HooH the Equilibrium failed to keep her from killing #27, the only thing THEY were able to change was the angle her scalpel cut Rubert from iirc Meaning if it's within Nous' calculations, her probability manipulation and by extension her murders theoretically can't be stopped even by Aeons, at least that's how I interpret it.
That’s insane basically Nous was created to find the secrets of the universe and ascended to an Aeon for doing so. How was he doing it. By running simulated universe 24/7. Where he can even play with other Aeons (copies) like a god and see everything in history. And HERTA figured it out!! No wonder she’s an Emanator. But. This really just proves how strong Nous and simulated universe really is.

An element of Polka’s character design that I find intriguing is her blurred out face. Not from the in-universe perspective, but instead from a story writing perspective. Because when a story introduces a masked/obscured character, it usually means that the masked/obscured character is someone the audience already knows. And I wonder if they are doing the same thing with Polka.

Interestingly, waves are circles (complex exponential functions) defined by Ae^(ix) where A represents the radius or amplitude, e represents the exponential function, i represents the square root of negative 1 (equivalent to positive 0.5pi rotation within a plane) and X represents an unknown variable. Note in waves it is actually Ae^(i(kx+wt)) due to k representing radians per meter and x representing meters. W represents radians per second and t representing seconds.

It's the second one, but there's also a note she left behind in the SU room. So she might've actually somehow snuck into the space station (which could be what Screwllum was referring to about tightening up the security).
one thing I dont understand is, who decide what is in the known domain and what isn't, for example, wont Ruan Mei's goal to become an aeon, and her knowledge of creation and life put her at the edge of the known domain at the very least, would she be on Polka's list?

This hasn't been confirmed by any means, but I've heard a theory that somehow polka was the reason that ruan mei's propagator bug couldn't exist for longer than a couple seconds. I don't know how likely it would be, but i find it really interesting that we potientally could've watched raun mei reach the edge of the known domain before being indirectly stopped by polka without us even knowing it
About bananas: I'm turning my game volume down whenever those monkeys show up. Or whenever Rappa talks (I hate Rappa's speach paterns most). So I'm playing the game mostly silently (and choosing to tape past a lot of the annoying chatter in this case, because I have vision issues caused from a recent surgery) now, its still slow going though. Painfully slow to get through this cr@p. I have never been more uninterested in a patch's story in this or in Genshin, than I am, now! Its so boring/uninteresting that rather than play through it all - I looked at some overviews here on YT.
Kakamond is really a cringe name because in german Kaka is a childish word to describe "poo" and Mond is "moon" so we have a moon made out of poo, very mature HSR! 👏
