I have been watching 3 or 4 different guys trying to explain. Well this is by far the best interpretation I have seen. I'll tune more often. I like how you do it nice and slowly for ear players like myself.
another great lesson, I love the deep dive tutorials... I've been playing this song for years, some of these riffs were the first ones I've learned back in the day. This lesson helped me dial everything in; fix some slight errors in my playing and learn parts I've avoided in the past due to skill level at the time.
Wow great lesson Angela! Your ability to convey the characteristics and nuances of a song like this is just so beautiful. Clarity and soul, you are amazing! I've sung this a little and love the way the guitar and vocals blend.
One of my most favorite songs of all time. It’s also one is the first songs I put on my list of songs to learn once I got some decent fundamentals down… I’ve only been playing for 3 years or so! Great lesson! Thanks!
I love how you listen to every note and take time to explain how it needs to be played tender and easy i can hear what you’re saying freaking great teacher i will be learning from you thanks so much ! Too i grew up in the 70s/89s first concert was Zeppelin in 1977 i been hooked on guitar since ! Damn jimmy page put a spell on me ! Thanks again
Hi Angela. Still working on this song. I am back to go over the lesson again. I'm learning several of the songs you teach. Chris Cornell, Shery Crow, Fleetwood, on and on. Thank you so much for your passion for music and teaching. Inspirational, beautiful. Peace.
This is so awesome but also hurts my heart knowing what Laney was going through ,such a loss but was only under his control ,Thanks Angela for Featuring this song means alot to me !!!1
Thanks for these lessons, am a big fan of soundgarden, Alice in ch etc. really appreciate you time making these songs lessons. Just bought boss katana mkii ex and these songs would sound awesome here
LOVE YOU!!!!!!! Amazing lesson ---Dallas Texas (actually McKinney, but not sure how many people know where that is - although, looks like you have a Texas shirt on behind that beautiful Strat) - recovering addict here, so Mad Season hold a special place in my heart as one of my fav super groups. But Cream is up there also. I dont know if you consider Audioslave a super group but they are up there also. Love your channel!
Oh Angela my stratocaster never sounded so good with all the open strings in this song and I noticed Mike uses the two finger G chord for all the opens. Thanks for a great song. These lyrics are haunting especially with Layne singing them. See you soon.
After the first couple of mistakes, I said fuck it! someone who is willing to live stream this without losing their shit, I'm hooked for the lesson. thank you for being human, gawd it's refreshing and enjoyable beyond measure.
Helllo!!!! And Yes, this is super stratty greatness. ❤ love this song and the grouping of musicians that made it. The northwest corner of southeast Oklahoma! I have to say first and foremost, favorite super group of all time and genres is a tough one. So much great music within the last 400 years lol😅 this changes for me all the time. Tool or Zepplin would have to be in my “super groups” top 2. But Wes Montgomery is probably my favorite guitar player.

He's the highest paid guitarist in the world.

Watching from Australia, shame you don't have the Mike strat to play this on. I recently purchased a Vintage 2 strat & love playing this riff

Been ignoring all my guitars for over a year, got those grey lines on the fingertips. No callouses at all anymore. Torn up, but I got it down.😅

la intro es sencillísima pero muy bella, Mike supo armar una melodía media acústica con destreza mientras Layne prácticamente nos decía como miraba la vida y sus adicciones con esa canción mientras Mike ya estaba rehabilitado.
Yeah Angela, Hendrix played the F to G in like a rolling stone by Bob Dylan. Then I've seen others play it that way too.
Yay Angela! I wondered when you were going to record! Awesome! Awesome song too! Thank you! I would like some Alice In Chains! Peace!
Happy new year from Germany🍷🍷

Great lesson in strat tone and the major pentatonic scale. This just doesn't sound the same on a Les Paul
That pre-chorus is so Jimmy Page...
