Nice one Pete! Love the 890/990 range. It's definitely a tall one, isn't it?! You're right in once you've got it all set up for you, you'll love it even more. Definitely worth it for the off-road stuff you do. Keep the GS for trips if money allows! I enjoyed the "lets go find a dry road" followed by nothing but rain, haha! Stock handguards aren't amazing on any of the KTMs though!
Great vid Pete. Rode one from Teasdale Motorcycles at Thirsk few weeks ago. Road only admittedly found it incredibly good. Getting another go on it and the SMT at the Orange Days event. 🙂👍 Trying to decide which to get and how much off road I’ll realistically do 😄🤔🤷🏻♂️🏍️🍊
Have you tried the new gs yet. Love mine although it’s my first av bike so nothing to compare it to really But don’t get to hung up on the neg press or the switch gear the menus are ok just a bit different😎👌

Nothing wrong with desire! We all crave a treat for ourselves and there’s some great Bikes out there, but like you the GS just has it all!

The new 1300 with all the electrical problems? Or the 1250 with it's exhaust valve problems?
@@inked-96just brought a GS1300 Trophy it has a 5 year warranty so not worried about any issues it may have in the early days
Take a run on an XR just for the hell of it and compare that with your GS ? You will grin from ear to ear 😂
