Converting Powerpoint slides into teleprompter software makes a great impression in front of camera and you nail a proper eye contact with the viewers because you don't read word-for-word.
I purchased the Desview T3, but unfortunately, it hasn't worked out for me. The app is extremely frustrating-it constantly flips the screen upside down, and no matter what I do, the mirroring function simply doesn’t work. It's been a disappointing experience, and yes. I have tried everything to fix this issue. I may have no choice but to return it.
If it’s laying flat it’s fine. I’ve not at all has that happen with mine and I use it all the time. The only time it flips if I move the phone around. That sucks sorry to hear it.
Very helpful information especially about speaking the content while you’re writing it so that speaking it while recording sounds natural and flows smoothly. 👍🏻
After you finished your first three sentences on a B flat I thought you were taking the piss, but after the hundredth sentence I realised you weren't even aware of it. Thanks for allowing me to tune my guitar. Seriously, the way you finish each sentence on a B flat is one of the weirdest things I've ever seen.
I am not even musically inclined, and I totally caught this, can't unhear it, and can't stop laughing. I still enjoyed the video, and the delivery. great work geeky nerdy techy!
Thanks for the content, may you please help me to understand how the remote control has to be linked? I have issues in connecting it with my samsung phone. Thanx, Max
What are your thoughts on using this with a flip up screen camera? Do we lose the ability to see ourselves if we use this teleprompter? Are there other models that would not have this problem? I use a 50mm lens so that you have an idea of the distance between myself and the camera/teleprompter.
Thanks for this review. And for the first time using a teleprompter I think you did really well! About how far away can you be from the camera with teleprompter and still read the text? Can you change the size of the text? The teleprompter itself requires no power: just the remote needs batteries ?? Thanks!
Hello! Thank you for this video. I have a Sony ZEV10 with the kit lens (PZ 16-50). I'm not sure which ring to use to hang the teleprompter. I am not sure if I know how to properly place the ring on the lens, but as far as I can tell, none of the rings that come with the teleprompter seem to fit. Do you know if any of the rings work for the lens I have on my camera? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
@@GeekyNerdyTechy this app has been changed drastically since this video then as the current Desview app no longer looks anything like this nor does it have sight line option, at least on iPhone. Newer version is not good at all.

Hi mate, I have a question about my youtube setup, also some of my Commerical photography, and videography works - I m considering sl60w but my question is that is sl60w enough powerful for me, incomplete dark room, currently, I m using Lumix g85 with kit lens 12-60mm and I also considered a 90cm dual layer of diffusion softbox with grid, kind of 6-8 feet from the subject and same distance between subject and camera also, can I m able achieve iso 200 particularly for 30fps 4k 100mbps setting with a shutter speed of double of my fps because natural video motion effects, what's ur opinion✌✌
I use two softboxes ($90 total) and they work fine with a similar setup. Those fancy lights are cool but they aren't really required unless you want to spot light your subject. If you want good lighting any soft box should do the job. If you upgrade to a 15mm f/1.7 lens you'll notice a huge difference.
I bought this; it's all pretty straightforward until you try and upload a script to read. Why? It has no such facility, amazing!!! The lack of this one feature is causing me dramas.
@@centurionguards3819 oh, I see. Maybe you can also advise me with another question. I recently purchased a Teleprompter and it does take some getting used to. You on the other hand seem to be a natural bro👍
Thank you. I had to shoot a few sections a second time but overall it was how the script was written that makes the biggest difference. :)
I think this product should have been called a Telecaster, but that name was taken a little while ago. This Tele system looks really good and useful

I used to have the T2 but was having problems with "ghosting" of the image/text. I wonder if the T3 improved on this issue.
This is great, I need one of these, only I hate writing. I usually do a lot of improvs. Still, this would help a lot with the facts I need to nail.

Is this teleprompter convenient for outdoors?
It's mainly for indoor use. Any bright scenes will make the glass flare outdoors so while it can be used, it's not ideal.

Can this one be used with action cam?

Probably 1/4

Is this portable ? As in can it be used when shooting outdoors ?
It's designed only for indoor use. The glass will reflect light in weird ways outside so it's just for the studio. Its very small and light.

It will work with any lens/camera system as long as the lens is longer than a pancake lens.
How does it work outdoors? In the shade outdoors? If placing
some (extra) sides on it will it show in the DSLR or Mirrorless
Just saying?
Not very well if light is hitting the glass it ruins your image.
