Yard Cleanup For House That Was Partially Burnt !!

- I was asked to tidy up this property by one of my clients. The property caught on fire and I found out abit more of what happened after speaking to the next door neighbour. Thank God that no one was harmed.

It was so nice what you did for these people. When they comeback too check on the house they will be very surprised. The yard looks wonderful. It will raise their spirits.

@@leecarey4375 well somebody owns the house. If it was my rental I would be concerned about my renters & make sure they were OK. Then I would be bummed about the damage to the house. I hope they have homeowners Insurance.
You were definitely a blessing to this family. You did a beautiful job. One less problem for them to worry about.
Such a beautiful job - the garden looks ready for the house to be fixed up and it’s really nice for the neighbors as well. I’m sure the owner must be so relieved to have that burden lifted 😊

Nice that the yards taken care of for a bit, but needs a couple of skips out front and 4 sturdy folks taking direction on what to throw out ;)
... or even just the owner filling the wheelie bin each week will make a difference :D

Hello, Steve. It’s a thank you for cleaning up this neglected ppty. When you spoke to the neighbour she said it was a rental, hope the owners had Landlords Insurance. The tenants would have lost everything though looking inside the fridge looks salvageable, hope they had contents insurance. Too many renters don’t realise that if the house is owned they are not covered, if there’s a fire, flood etc they are the losers not the owners. You do excellent work, at least the ppty looks okay from outside, wonder what’s the hold up with clearing it.

What a cute home! A fire is so very sad. I hope they can recover because this is a beautiful home. What a great job! You can tell it had been well maintained. The tall grass wasn’t as brown as many of the neglected properties I’ve seen. Very nicely done.
