Man, the feeling i get from watching this is indescribable. There’s just something so soothing about remembering these times, no worries at all, just having fun. Something about this game gives me the satisfaction of eating my favourite food is the best way i could describe it. Just pure nostalgia. It’s the exact same way as i remember it. I know no one will probably ever see this but i just wanted to let this out. I’m so glad to finally witness this game again.
Bro I used to take this thing on trips and just spend hours playing while my parents drove to the next hotel and when it died I put my extra four batteries in and it was hours more fun I knew I had man this thing was beautiful

I also remember a device, I’m trying to find it, and you’d stand on this pad, and attatched to the pad was this big stick like thing and you’d move the stick around to play. Still trying to figure out what it was.

Man I remember these, the problem with these is that there was no chargers to charge these so we had to change the batteries almost every 2 hours. Me and my sister had a explorer, (need I mind you that this was before we could even own an iPad, I’m autistic so I guess they didn’t want to take chances, I guess). We had so many games such as Toy Story 3, Dora the Explorer, Cars 2, Disney Princess just to name a few, we had Globe Earth Adventures but out of nowhere my mum told me say goodbye to it and she threw it out, I never knew knew what was wrong with it, but I definitely knew that Mr Pencil was probably corrupted, because every time we put the cartridge in it would glitch up the leapster explorer. But my personal favourite would have to be the Dora the Explorer game which had interesting mechanics and was loving even if it had no reason to be. And I had one as soon as I started school. I understand how they would discontinue these because of the rise of the iPad and the iPhone and the huge rise of the Internet. But in my defence, it actually kept them away from the Internet and away from the dangers that it possesses which is pretty problematic these days. Me and my sister took them everywhere and as time went on and we were allowed IPads and phones, we just forgot about them. And not a day goes by that I don’t miss the amazing time that I spent on it. May this amazing piece of media be remembered forever
