You are taking one of the most affluent places in Mumbai to an average place in Toronto. If you compare apartment pricing with more affluent areas of toronto, it will be crazy high as well.

I want to tell you some reality if you go and buy property today in Gurugram and in BKC which are good places and business hub in india you can expect a same price like in DLF Camellias or in any society in BKC of 4 BHK around 30-40 CR which is around 3.5 Million $ and in any other place like new societies in Noida Park Avenue etc a full 3-4 BHK starts at 7-10 CR how can you justify that 1M is very expensive when you know that for same standard of living in india we have to spend this much of money
Meanwhile I am living in Malaysia right now in Bangsar South and want to invest in India for future prospects but after seeing your video and housing prices in world i am more into living in Dubai and working there
