Housing prices in India is exorbitantly high with ultra low quality compare to what I've seen in video. In a place like Gurgaon, a single 1700 sqft flat cost around 3-4Cr
Options are available. You could get cheaper in Oklahoma and new homes for 200K to 300K three bedroom homes .

Housing market will not crash .. It might not go up for a long time and has come down a little from the peaks but in most good markets where desis buy it will not crash.. There is too much pent up demand ... Interest rates coming down might give the buyers some reprieve though , but we still waiting on the fed for that . If you find a good property at a decent price point then just buy ... refinance later when rates go down
