I switched to Nic pouches. I loved the convenience and the fact I didn't have to spit..However I have since developed stomach pain and have narrowed it down to swallowing this crap. I switched back to tobacco and amazingly stomach pain gone.
They took away my vaping today. I am so angry and sad. Never tried pouches & didn't think they were a thing here in Oz. I will try them if I see them because depression & cigs are expensive plus taste yuck compared to my vape.. sigh. Thanks

It's probably the artificial sweeteners, I also spit when I use pouches for that reason.
