Loved this video. I love natural health and health food store. I have shopped at Miller’s for 15-20 years. Just recently heard about King’s Herb nook from WellFolkRevival but have yet to make it out there. Thanks for sharing some new places for me to shop!
I've had lyme disease for years and feel I need to move to Lancaster now haha. You have access to so many of the things I need on a daily basis. So cool!
Don't do much organic stuff aside from organic soda that I'm a fan of but still pretty cool to find these things in Lancaster I'm in downtown Lancaster without a car so I don't think I can access most of this stuff but it's still nice to see what's around
I am absolutely loving these videos! I just moved from Chester County to Idaho. I used to be a patient at Restorative Wellness and I LOVE Dr. Ashley... This makes me miss Pennsylvania so so much!
We were just at Millers two weeks ago-what a great find. We visit Lancaster at least 4 times a year and will be moving there within the year… can’t wait
Interesting… I also go to millers and may buy a few more items than you did. Also get my dairy from a farm near there (except I buy my butter from my daughter who lives 3 hours away.. I wish they were close enough to regularly get milk and cream from them too.) I also have a little Amish store a mile from me where I get my teas and tinctures we truly are blest here in Lancaster county and the little raw milk and cheese markets are popping up all over. It’s funny how when our health starts to fail we seek out these good things. Years ago I got my wheat berries in your parents garage actually your mom set me up with all my whole wheat bread making supplies… I now do all sourdough, I haven’t bought yeast for years and I love it. The foot detox was interesting I’ve never done that, your grandma was cute and she’s gone now right? Blessings
You're so lucky that you live in Honey Brook which is such a short drive for you to get to all these great places in Lancaster County! And I didn't realize there were similar places in Chester County to go to! I grew up in Lancaster County and I miss all those Amish roadside veggie stands.
How awesome to have so many cute natural health stores near you! There are two small ones in my town but they sure dont carry near the number of items and brands available at yours, especially books! I am going to have to find both the Be Your Own Doctor and the Pediatrician one.
I so wish I had this video when we were in PA! But we did go to millers and I absolutely loved that store 😍 i found several things, I'm in daviess county, Indiana and we don't have any stores quite like it here unfortunately
Thank you for this very informative video. I live in this area as well. Have visited a couple of the places, but love to know we can buy organic whole foods and supplements in our own backyards. I am a 65 year old mom and grandmom and have learned so much in the past few years, dealing with gluten intolerance as well as other health issues. Thanks again, this was very helpful. Love your grandma ..so sweet.
Hey girl :) So I know your were sharing more on the physical side of health, but would you be interested on sharing on mental health ? I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on Mennonites and self harm . And would you happen to know of any books on the self harm subject you would recommend ?
A few more places; BB’s can have a lot of organic goods (especially good kombucha deals!) Ebenezers grocers also has some really good organic deals! Josiah’s oils LLC, and, save mart!
Your videos are so fun! even though I live nowhere near Pennsylvania and currently have no plans of visiting. Also, going to buy that book😁
So happy to have found you on UA-cam! I used to follow you on Instagram, but haven’t had an account in over a year.
God bless your Grandma

Mom and Grandma in the vlog -- so good!! Love that Ashley could weigh in too.
They are all such gems!
Loving the tours of Lacaster County! Grew up there and those PA Dutchy accents take me right back.
The unmistakable accents 🤣🤣
Another plus about kings herb nook is you can take your own jars for them to fill with tea! Yay for less waste!!!! 🎉
I didn’t know that! So cool!
Great video!!

Yes, those books are so valuable for our family! ❤️
@@claudiabeiler Do you have one you would recommend for pet health as well?

Wow! What a journey with lots to learn, bravo as you press on! ❤️
I love King's Herb Nook but would not walk through the woods to that bathroom - good chance of tick bites. Otherwise, that place is great!
bravo-you uploadded gorgeous vlog~take care- :)
What brand is that throat spray? I couldn't find it online using the words bacterial immune support spray.
I have to ask, did you notice any difference after the foot detox?
Other then being super thirsty, no

Ohh yes! Great recommendations!
Good mentions too!
Yeah, I'm still wondering if that detox foot bath was real.
