Hello all. I just bought a used M365 upgraded with PRO display. But seems that previous owner played around with firmware upgrade and "kill" something. When I check version with M365 DownG app I got those values: BMS Ver: 0, BLE Ver: 15399, DRV Ver: 171. I can not turn on the front light, battery indicator is not shown and sppedometer is not working as well. Any idea what I need to do to (which steps to follow) to bring my M365 to complete working again? Thank you.
I have the same problem, I think it's because someone flashed the wrong firmware on your m356, my issues are the same... If you can't couple with downG your dashboard is broken, the only thing that works is too get a new dashboard. I hoped I could help you, my English isn't very well xD

I tried Lenzod Application and IEZway but also no response I mean my scooter doesn't show the bluetooth sign. And its also a similar design to Xiaomi Scooter Pro 2. And overall my battery drains alot faster than I expected. It was not suppose to happen. Like I started using from 4 pm it was full and in between I kept on like walking then again using my scooter but somehow it drains faster it drops like probably 2 points and then I have to walk again. Any solution??

Make sure the blue power cable is in firmly and the other 3 cables are connected with the correct colours. Also you might have a fault dashboard so buying a new one might be an option. Hope I could be some help!

The scooter can move but the torch function is gone and the display is frozen so I may as well not have swapped it out. If I can't figure out what's wrong I'll have to go back to the old piece

You can install xiaoflasher and flash the orginial firmware, if it don't work I can't help you more but I will try to find another way to resolve it

the problem is with the brake sensor that needs to be replaced, it could also be a problem with the gas sensor
