It has a weak motor and most importantly a very small battery. Xiaomi claims that it covers a distance of 18 km, in real life you will never get to these numbers.

Xiaomi removed the cruise control with new firmware a long time ago. The only option to enable CC is to flash hacked firmware like shfw from "Scooter hacking utility" app. (and it can be done only for mi3) Subscribe, thanks.

Hey, what is the normal battery temperature range for this scooter? Also, to which percentage should I charge the battery after using it? I heard that charging to 100% every time is bad for the battery.
I'm not sure about the temperature range, but if you exceed safe limits, you'll see a temperature warning sign on the dash. The ideal charge level for the battery is 80%, but you'll lose some range this way. Personally, I always charge to 100%. Just use it and enjoy-don’t worry too much about the battery! @@crabbynebula It brakes the rear wheel, like a bicycle, with brake pads, and the front wheel with an electric motor. All this is controlled by the brake lever.

I hope you are happy with it, but 3, 3 Lite and 4 are worst models Xiaomi made.. Weak battery and bad acceleration, with bad brakes.. Hope you try Pro 2 or Pro 4, massive quality improvement..

Pro 2 is a better choice than mi4, they cost almost the same in my country. The Pro 2's battery is bigger, parts are easy to find, and it can be hacked for speed. I think pro2's competitor is mi4pro even though it can't be hacked.

Double-check the connection inside the steering wheel tube 2:29. Reconnect it and ensure it is fully seated. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, RMA it.

In my country, at first there was cruise control on 1s, pro2, etc. After firmware updates, cruise was removed from those. My mi3 and mi4 did not initially have cruise control. Perhaps it still remains in some regions ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
When i setup that scooter i see a small orange warning on the screen and when i want to connect with the scooter from the app i dont find the scooter in Bluetooth

I’ve just got one of these scooters and it won’t accelerate what so ever. Battery is charging led is on when I move the scoot the speed is displayed. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

It could slip out of your hands and start riding without you for a while. :) This happened to me a few times with a scooter that could accelerate right away while I was waiting for the green light at a crossing.

You can drive, they are inflated, just not to recommended level. You can use any pump with manometer.

The higher the energy recovery, the faster the engine will brake (and recover electricity) after you release the accelerator. Use Low.

Hey, what is the normal battery temperature range for this scooter? Also, to which percentage should I charge the battery after using it? I heard that charging to 100% every time is bad for the battery.
I'm not sure about the temperature range, but if you exceed safe limits, you'll see a temperature warning sign on the dash. The ideal charge level for the battery is 80%, but you'll lose some range this way. Personally, I always charge to 100%. Just use it and enjoy-don’t worry too much about the battery! @@crabbynebula It brakes the rear wheel, like a bicycle, with brake pads, and the front wheel with an electric motor. All this is controlled by the brake lever.

I hope you are happy with it, but 3, 3 Lite and 4 are worst models Xiaomi made.. Weak battery and bad acceleration, with bad brakes..

Pro 2 is a better choice than mi4, they cost almost the same in my country. The Pro 2's battery is bigger, parts are easy to find, and it can be hacked for speed. I think pro2's competitor is mi4pro even though it can't be hacked.

In my country, at first there was cruise control on 1s, pro2, etc. After firmware updates, cruise was removed from those. My mi3 and mi4 did not initially have cruise control. Perhaps it still remains in some regions ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’ve just got one of these scooters and it won’t accelerate what so ever. Battery is charging led is on when I move the scoot the speed is displayed. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong

It could slip out of your hands and start riding without you for a while. :) This happened to me a few times with a scooter that could accelerate right away while I was waiting for the green light at a crossing.
