As a mortician that is so sad that a funeral home did this to this man . That funeral home should have been closed down permanently!! Thank you Lamont for reporting this story . Rest in glory 🙏🏽
Y’all really need to look into BF CAVE FUNERAL HOME. Cause he’s nothing like MICHAEL CAVE was and I know that for a fact. That’s why it’s bf cave cause the new owner last name is cave as well but he’s not like Michael cave. That funeral home been around since the founder of that funeral was alive at the time. My uncles use too play with J Hines when he had his group formed they were called J Hines and The Boys
When my grandmother passed away, her left hand was closed like a fist due to arthritis. The funeral director immediately contacted my aunt letting her know, he wouldn’t break her hand so he came up with an idea of placing bouquet flowers, inside her hand. My aunt was thankful that he called her. I just wish the funeral home in this story had enough sense to make his funeral arrangements properly.
I used to work in a funeral directors. One man that had passed away was very disabled so had died contorted and he couldn’t be straightened to fit in to his coffin. Bones had to be broken to fit him into a coffin for his height. That wasn’t ‘mutilating’ the deceased or in anyway disrespectful, it was just something that needed to be done. More often than not families don’t want to know about such things and sometimes it’s better for them not to know the practicalities because of the distress it might cause them. I wouldn’t for example have told people what happened during a cremation unless they asked and even then you don’t tell them everything because they wouldn’t be able to comprehend the process so it’s kinder. I agree though that it’s a different thing cutting his legs off. Thankfully though things like this rarely happen now, mainly because they can’t afford to be sued. So many people have jumped on the ‘where there’s blame, there’s a claim’ wagon in this day and age.
@@ruthe71 I heard of those things as well but I’m glad in our situation the funeral director had sense enough to contact my aunt to let her know what was possible but turned into something that wasn’t stressful. In this story was careless and disrespectful. The funeral director should of accommodated the family more professionally.
@@ruthe71 Yeah, but cutting a loved one's legs off shouldn’t be an option. They should’ve informed them that an oversized casket would have to be ordered. They should’ve been up front with the family about pricing and delays and communicated with them throughout the entire process. Instead they cut the man's legs and tried to hide it. In the end they took a loss.
My brother passed in 2013 and he was the same height as this man was. That being said, my brother had a special made casket which cost an extra $1,000. It's unacceptable for a mortuary to do such a thing.
@@luzvimindafrancisco4033 Love does not but coffins . Money does. Funeral directors don't play when it comes to getting their money. They are greedy. They rob insurance companys. They robbed my Dad's policy so bad that there was not a dime left out of the burial policy to purchase a grave marker. His policy was valued at $15,000. They bled me out so bad over the money. And ...I rented the casket , he was cremated . The casket was not burnt . It got re used. But they still got every dime. I couldn't even get him a grave marker. I hate funeral directors. They are thieves . Money hungry monsters.
Just shows the true character of some ppl without morals, a soul & no empathy. Those Funeral Home Directors will get what they sent out into the world. Believe that. I do😔
@Julie Goodrich yes. Exactly what you’ve just said. My younger brother who turns 30 in a couple of weeks was diagnosed with autism. Quite nicely compared to some others. So I could see In this chaps behaviour how he kept repeating and a bit flappy bless him. He was so fixated on what was right. I suppose a lot of people don’t think adults with autism. It’s more kids. Especially boys. Hello to you too. I’m Northamptonshire uk 🇬🇧
My husband passed away in 1999. He was 6 4” with very wide shoulders. When I made his funeral arrangements, the funeral director told me that my husband needed a extra wide coffin because he had very wide shoulders. Extremely distraught having to make the arrangements. I truly appreciated them bringing it to my attention.
Small towns don’t celebrate deaths like others. Tombstones are important but not as important in small towns. I lived in a small town. I can only speak for ppl of color. If in a small town they usually don’t have much and when they do get something the last thing to spend it on is something/someone that’s deceased.. I hope this helped ❤️❤️
@@sugarii4809 Thank you for the clarification. As Indigenous, we, too have our own ways of dealing with loved ones who have passed which may not be understood by people. Some are traditional and other are economical. Like the old saying, different stokes for different folks. Again thanks for the info.
@@sugarii4809 you are right but honestly it's not just people of color, it's because they're are ridiculously expensive. My husband (in profile pic) passed away a little over 2yrs ago, he arranged to have his body donated to science in the hopes that others wouldn't have to go through what he did but he knew they weren't going to try to research what caused his health to decline & the other reason was so that I wouldn't have to worry about any burial costs. One thing that always bothered prior to his passing was that his oldest sister, 1 of his brothers, his nephew, & his uncle didn't have headstones. Also, the top of his grandmother's vault was split & caving in basically bracing itself from falling in on her casket. I am actively trying to figure out how to make headstones & a new vault lid for his family members. I've watched UA-cam videos but haven't found exactly what I'm looking for because in order for them to have that shine you have to add lime to it; I have yet to find 1 that says how much or at what stage to do it. I can't give them anything fancy but I can honor him & them by giving them something nice for his other brother, sister, nieces, & great nephew something to visit. My husband was the youngest of 5 & there was 15yrs between him & his youngest sister.
Respect to you Lamont for bringing this to light. That dispicable act should never be forgotten. Absolute horror. That funeral home should have been permanately closed. Dear god in heaven
Lamont, you should contact Ron @ "Faces of the Forgotten" (FOTF) here on UA-cam, he has a very good channel, as you do & he raises funds to obtain headstones for those who do not have one. @@kristab321 I agree! If someone could contact her and ask her if she needed the money to live off of. That would be me. True......but you do need permission to film private property while standing on it from the owner, and Lamont was doing that even though for a very short period of time. The man that questioned Lamont must be family or a friend cus he was kind of mad.
@@stormnightmare4316 we don't know with certainty where Lamont was filming, or whether he ever went onto the funeral home property. Regardless, generally speaking, only a property owner or leasee can ask him to leave or trespass him. He has the right to film anything from public space.
That guy that questioned you about filming- he acted like you came out with a whole film crew and team of reporters. You're a guy walking and talking to a camera. You handled that well. Funeral homes make a fortune on every funeral. From the flowers, to the paper programs, to the services. The markup on caskets are high, too, from what I have read. They have a very important job. It's the last time the family can do something for a deceased relative while they are above ground. Funeral homes should treat all parties involved with respect. There should be stiffer penalties for them when they don't especially when dealing with remains. Keep up the great work.
I could be wrong but she should have know something wasent right she knew the casket was small i mean how eles could you get a tall person in a short casket smh
@@msdanyelle1 Yeah I got to say, if my boyfriend was as tall as Rev. Hines and he suddenly died and was fitted into a short casket, I would probably go from grief to rage upon demanding to know why it looks so weird.
I remember watching a Tales from the Crypt episode where a funeral home sawed off a young boys legs to fit him in the casket. I was about 8 at the time. Scarred me for life. I'm from SC and work with a funeral home and never heard of this story. Thank you for doing this story, bringing some truth to this situation and giving. Rev.Hines some dignity. Rest in Heaven, sir.
I remember that episode too. I was about 20. That was one of the episodes that featured a black cast, which made this story even creepier to me. If I remember correctly, the kid was a basketball player.
@@teribarker1021 it was a story of a young black boy that his parents had died. The last living kin was this guy that was funeral director. He really was a con artist and was pretty mean, didn't care about nobody but himself.. When the boy arrived, he didn't want him there so to cut the story short, the funeral director received or made a coffin that didn't fit somebody...so instead of sending it back, he killed the boy for no reason. The boy came back haunting him and killed him as well.
Oh yeah “Stop banging on that damn piano and lets go” something to that effect.. I think the title of that episode was “A Fitting Death”? It’s on UA-cam actually. Update: It’s actually called “Fitting Punishment” I used to watch that series with my grandpa growing up in the 90s
What a sad story. The fact that someone could be so heinous during someone's time of need is scary. Great video of usual! The guy's face when you told him that funeral homes do bad things to good people was priceless
A funeral home who did something this heinous would never be able to pay me enough to keep criminal charges from being filed. His widow should have had a headstone made for him with some of that money... she doesn’t seem to mind the funeral homes name on his marker. Such a sad story all the way around.
This same thing happened to my uncle in Florida in 1976. He was 6'8". I don't think my dad took any legal action. He just flew the body back home & buried his brother. RIP uncle Wayne 🙏 RIP Mr. Hines 🙏
Dam i was only 2 years old sorry for your loss I get to bury my fathers brother tomorrow morning at 11 am in the next town over from this one savannah Georgia.
@Lawrwnce Mitchell well, at end of the day we can all play God, but after all, we all have to live with our thoughts and remorse too. She has to live with that....
Kudos Lamont, you are a captivating storyteller and I like how you handled Mr Nosey all up in your business. Felt like he was defending the funeral home. Thank you for sharing this man’s life with us because he deserves respect.
I’ve been to Mortuary school and have worked in the Funeral profession. That act of abuse was highly illegal and that funeral home should be closed down. My sympathy to the deceased and family.
It looks like the funeral home had their license revoked in 2016. The owner admitted that his father cut the man’s legs off and apparently his father did not have a license to embalm bodies either. I’m wondering how they opened back up. That’s horrible. May this man Rest In Peace
Unfortunately, all they have to do is change the name of the owners and business name on the deed and business license to reopen the funeral home. Sad but true. The same people could be working there but under a cousin's or other relatives name.
Dealing with a lot of loss lately. Lost a best friend age 31 tragically. The fact that Lamont tells stories of otherwise forgotten people is a noble thing. I always think about how long I will be remembered when I pass. With people like Lamont out there preaching the respect for our lost brothers and sisters it makes me feel secure that people like him are out there.
I’m so sorry for your loss. Just take it one day at a time, do whatever you need to do to grieve. It hurts like hell, but over time it settles. You are going to be okay❤️
Had a black friend told me that when the family went to the funeral parlor for the viewing that first thing they noticed was that his dad's feet was sticking out the end of the casket about a foot long when they asked the people there why this is they told him being he was so tall they had to cut the casket open to let his feet hang out, I thought he was kidding me but he said he was not & they burried him like that I told him I would have never accepted this that I would have demanded them to extend the casket, goes to show how these funeral parlors have no respect for the dead as well for the family..
What a great man! Cool tunes, good-deed doing, generous and kind. This is the kind of man we should celebrate…gone too soon, his body mistreated after death…but, still a good man who contributed his all to his community, his congregation and those who loved him. Good job…thanks, Lamont for introducing him; he definitely deserves to be known!
Blindness and eye problems go along with albinism, unfortunately, and his pale skin would have been susceptible to melanoma. Now I’m thinking about all the tall guys I’ve known and hoping their legs don’t get cut off ultimately.
Thank you for bringing this story to light. Sadly there are some funeral homes that prey on the bereaved. If you are laying a loved one to rest, ask questions, look for reviews online and if you have any doubts about a funeral home, walk away and find one that will respect you and your loved ones final wishes. Don't let a funeral home push you into making decisions before you are ready to!
How disrespectful smh May he be at peace. The audacity of his widow to accept hush money is sickening. She could've at least purchased a proper headstone for him.
You need to be a lot more careful when doing these stories. Seeing that man approach you like that really shows the danger you could find yourself. Love your channel
Lamont I’m glad you did not let those two idiots run you off and you still told Mr. James Hines story..I think Cave Funeral Home should had lost their license all together ❤️🙏🏾 💯
I think his wife should have gone to the authorities with her concerns instead of accepting what was essentially hush money. Whatever she got she deserved more for such a heinous act.
It’s called settlement out of court, u think she want to go to yrs of trial bs to get the place closed or a pocket full of cash and not remember the early death and mutilation of her husband in court
So by trying to save money he ended up being sued for more than he would have if he had just gave him a longer casket, absolutely disgusting what an insult to James and his family.thanks for bringing this to our attention and telling us his story
Oh, I'm sure he charged her for an extra long casket, but gave her a standard casket. When my brother in law died he required an extra large coffin & you can't get around that, but believe me, it cost my sister a lot of money!
I agree with you on the irony but it wasn't even his money to save. The wife would have been billed for the extra expenses. For all we know, he charged her a little extra than the standard burial and still did what he did to Mr Hines.
How sad that he still doesn't have a tombstone after all these years! What a horrible tragedy that a trusted funeral home would do something so awful! Prayers for the family.
20 years my husband's aunt passed, she had a pre paid funeral package. The funeral home called and asked if they minded if they cut her up to get her to fit in the coffin! My uncle was horrified! He paid for a bigger coffin, but my god what a horrible question to ask a family member.
I know the funeral home asked if they could break my grandmother’s arms to get her to lay in the casket. Her neck was also stuck in a awkward position from lack of movement but they were able to pillow around her head to keep from breaking her neck. I guess it’s pretty common when people stop moving and (I can’t remember the med terminology for it) basically their tendons atrophy and freeze their joints in a position
@@12yearssober no she was very very thin. She had basically given up and wouldn’t move and wouldn’t eat anything but baby food. She made her mind up To die after my grandpa died and just gave up completely. By the time she died she reminded me of a family friend who has cerebral palsy she was so “drawn up” for lack of a better term.
EVERYTHING under the banner of Capitalism is driven and dependent on $$$$. Nothing matters in this country more than the almighty dollar except maybe the gun! Sad but true. Folks will do anything to make a buck!
My great uncle was over 7 feet tall, they had to build him a special coffin. My great grandfather KNEW he would need a special coffin and had made arrangements, prior to his own death, to take care of that. My dad said it wasn't anything special, he could tell it was sort of just put together, basically a pine box, but at least they didn't mutilate him. May James rest in the arms of Jesus.
Now days they have xlarge caskets in stock at warehouse you can pick the one you want from regular size at funeral home, and they can have the larger model in 24 hours, at same cost. Few funeral homes could stock ever size in ever model. They stock the most common ones. Wal-mart also can have a casket you pick out delivered in 24hr.
@@cliffclark6441 ..Walmarts? Well I guess they have everything. My friend was getting cremated and just rented a casket! I'll opt for just cremation; aint nobody need to see me dead.
What is crazy is that the guy that sawed his legs off, more than likely knew James, because that is a small town and everyone knows everyone....deceased or not, whether they knew him or not... cutting a person's limbs off takes a non human to do that... I'm just gut sick over this but so thankful you are at large...God bless you and watch over you always Lamont!!! 💗
Everyone in that town would have known Pastor Hines. He would have left quite an impression and at almost 7 feet tall, he would have been hard not to notice. I say that with respect.
The guy you encountered near the Funeral Home seemed creepier than this bizarre and extremely sad story. Thank you Lamont, for not backing down. (💎 💎 💎 💎 💎)
Thanks for covering this story, I remember reading about this back when Mr. Hines' body was exhumed. I wonder how much money the widow was paid to remain quiet about the issue. I'm glad the disgruntled employee brought the truth to the light for all to know.
My Dad told me over and over again to tell the funeral don't let them break My legs to make me fit in casket,. So they special orderd his and yes The Price Went up. He was 6 ft. 6. Thank you for this video.
such a sad story, thank you for sharing lamont, how could that funeral home be so cruel, and disrespectful not only to james, but also to his loved ones. GOD BLESS them, and may he rest in peace
That’s just sick what they did to him , I recently lost my mum and the funereal home we used where brilliant. They let me and my brothers carry her in and out of the church at short notice, they talked us through everything. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful group on that hard day.
That was beautiful for eons family took care and buried family. You did something very ancient. I'm so sorry for your lost but happy you had a good experience.
I remember a story in 2006 of a funeral home on Long Island, NY harvesting the bones of Alistair Cooke, a British actor, for illegal bone grafts for medical uses. They actually cut Mr. Cooke's legs off to harvest his bones for grafts for such things as dental grafts. I knew a lady who actually received an improperly harvested graft which had not been purified and she still suffers from long term illnesses to this day. RIP to Rev. Hines.
Thanks for posting this story Lamont, prayers go out to his loved ones. With all due respect it's a damn shame what they did to his legs in death, but this video gave life to what he did with his hands and I love his music 🎸 RIP Mr. Hines Jr
I really hate when funeral homes do immoral and unethical things such as the case of Mr. Hines. It makes all of us look bad. Ladies and gentlemen please make sure that if you’re ever faced with having to lay a loved one to rest (whether it be burial or cremation), like Lamont said, do your due diligence. You should always have your questions answered in a way that makes sense and not in a bunch of jargon where someone is trying to talk over your head. Funeral directors should always be mindful of what they say but they should be able to answer all of your questions and address any concerns. Also, as a side note (and I’m not trying to be funny here) there are several differences between a casket and a coffin. Nowadays, funeral homes mostly use caskets. Caskets are rectangular in shape and can come in half couch (where you only see the top half of the deceased) or full couch (where the lid is one piece and the entire body of the deceased can be seen). With a coffin, it’s anthropoid in shape and has 8 sides. I’ve never seen a coffin where only the top half opens; it’s usually the whole lid. If Mr. Hines was in a coffin, the funeral home would’ve NEVER been able to get away with doing that to him because his whole body would’ve been visible. Also if you ever have a loved one where they are to be buried and they are a person of size (plus size, etc.) the funeral home should show you oversized caskets. This applies in instances of height and weight. No one should EVER be dismembered to fit into a casket. Yes you may have to get an oversized vault as well but funeral homes are called to do what is morally and ethically right and inform the family of any issues that may arise. PLEASE folks, be informed consumers. I can’t stress it enough. Lamont, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all that you do. Instances like this should always be brought to light. ❤️
@@deliciaford4343 I would tell anyone to prearrange your final arrangements in advance, whether it’s for a burial or a cremation. Depending on the state you live in/funeral home you select, they may be able to guarantee the funeral home’s charges (this doesn’t include items that the don’t come from the funeral home but the family may need i.e. death certificates). This is something that can protect you from the inevitable... inflation. Milk, gas, houses and yes funerals are all going to increase over time so if you can, do yourself a favor and cover yourself sooner rather than later. Also, yes many cemeteries offer burial property to be paid in advance. Please note that some cemeteries require an outer burial container (most folks use the term vault). And lastly you can take care of your headstone in advance as well (in most cases). Some cemeteries offer markers and with others you may have to contract a monument company but yes, that can be taken care of as well. I apologize for the general answers but I know there are differences between states. I hope this helps.
@@deliciaford4343 my grandmother bought her plot next to her husband when he died back in the 70's, so that was a great benefit to us when she passed away last november. personally, if you're young i would hold off buying pre-paid burial services simply because funeral homes can and do sometimes go out of business. if you're in your 60's, then it makes sense, imo. while i agree with lamont that these are businesses that are often passed down to the next generation of family, i can't predict what business model they're going to use tomorrow, and i hate to think that something like a name change/change of ownership could potentially negate their obligation to honour a decades old contract. plus, while it sounds like a good thing to save money against inflation and rising costs, you might be socked with an 'administration fee.' after that, you may have an annual 'maintenance fee.' actually, these funeral-home based plans might cost you more in the long run and don't have super high levels of regulation, i don't think. a better idea might be to take out a final expense life insurance policy that's got a lot of oversight. not to mention with burial insurance you can use that at any funeral home and not be locked into that specific one. basically, it's more complicated than just a 'yes' or 'no' answer and some of it depends on state law. on the surface it sounds like a good idea and saves money. once you start researching it, though, i think many folk would opt for the insurance policy instead as long as the premiums make sense to you (which you essentially have to do with pre-paid's 'maintenance fees' anyway as i understand it, so it'll be time to break the calculator out to decide). be careful with your research, too, as it's easy to find sales pitches for either argument disguised as 'articles,' it's just pre-paid services with a specific home is by far more of a 'buyer beware' situation. i know it might sound kind of silly, but if you want to be buried in a specific cemetery 50 years from now, consider the odds that it's even going to be in business by then. yes, cemeteries do go out of business and are left to the city to deal with. i think some places say you can only 'sell' your plot back to the city for the purchase price, but i'm a little hazy on that as it seems i'm running across conflicting information about the process. the thing is you have to buy a plot next to a loved one if you want to be buried next to them, and those rights last for 50 years, in which time you'd have to renew the rights, that fact is consistent.
Thanks Lamont for making us aware of these terrible practises. This story shocked and disgusted me. I hate to think of how many funeral homes out there have been taking the same measures and getting away with it. Brilliant story telling as ever Lamont and I'm so glad you have so much passion for seeking justice for all. Thank you Scarlett for all your efforts too ❤ 😊 ♥
How do you know she is not planning to be buried next to him when she passes away and prepaid for a joint marker? How do you know what her financial situation was? How do you know if she was so devastated by what happened that she was mentally incapable of making that decision? You don't! Mind your own business! What is a shame is your lack of compassion and empathy for another person when you don't know their circumstances.
@@beachypeacefulvibes8599 - Usually when couples are buried together, the stone is placed with the first one's name. And then 10-20-30, however long it is until the next one joins them, they simply move the stone to bury the next one. Then later add the plaque with the new name.

Thank you for sharing this story Lamont. One thing I find very sad apart from what the funeral home did to this poor man, is the fact that that his widow didn't take some of the money she received from the out of court settlement, and buy James a decent tombstone, instead of ljust leaving his grave to be marked by the pathetic looking little plaque from the offending funeral home. It's kind of like adding insult to injury. I don't know, but that's just my opinion. 😢
This man deserved so much more than the fake poinsettia and that plaque. I hope that his relatives can make better arrangements to honour his memory. Thank you for doing this story.

WOW!!! What a story. I never heard of this man but thank you for bringing this tragedy to the forefront. We have to do our due diligence when seeking funeral services for our loved ones. Much respect for you Lamont.
My late brother's ex-wife is a mortician. She told us the level of mark-up on caskets was criminal. She has many horrid stories of profiteering practices made by funeral homes everywhere. This necessary story will hopefully expose any and all survivor who have suspected their loved ones were mistreated to investigate them under discovery.
They thought that they would get away this disgusting deed, since the bottom half of the coffin lid would be closed and no one would see Mr Hines' legs; then once he was buried, no one would ever look upon him again and the evidence of their crime would be hidden for all time. One has to wonder how many other terrible things they did to the bodies of people they worked on that they did wind up getting away with. I'm glad that the funeral home owner at least wound up having to pay for what he did to James Hines.

That’s was very smart idea
@@ruthe71 Yeah, but cutting a loved one's legs off shouldn’t be an option. They should’ve informed them that an oversized casket would have to be ordered. They should’ve been up front with the family about pricing and delays and communicated with them throughout the entire process. Instead they cut the man's legs and tried to hide it. In the end they took a loss.

Hi Miss Mortician. Thank you for the information. Is prepaid burial good and does it I include burial plot and headstone? Thanks

Thank you for sharing such helpful and educational information. You didn't have to, and I appreciate it.
No headstone. You’d think that because his widow received a settlement, there would be. Sad story.
Yeah that bothers me. My exact thoughts.
So sad that he was treated this way, thanks for bringing this to light , may he rest in peace 🙏🏾
Thank you Scarlett for all your efforts too ❤ 😊 ♥
She got money and no marker shame in her.. Shame on her for accepting money and not reporting the funeral home. Says a lot about her. Bless his heart.
I agree. I'm sure she got enough money to get a damn marker. Shame on her!
Thank you Lamont for your platform! And to the funeral crooks, y'all should be very afraid...🥺
RIP Mr.Hines...🪦🕊💐
I'm even more upset about the wife coming into a little money and not buying the big guy a headstone...
I want to thank you for sharing this video because funeral homes are so disrespectful to the dead. People would be very shocked hurt and mind blown about what they (funeral home) does behind closed doors. It is SAD and the mourning starts over again for the love ones. People please do your research before just choosing any funeral home
Great video Lamont! Funeral homes need to be exposed for shady practices.
That's awesome that you stood your ground when they came and confronted you about recording. It reminds them not to do anything else crazy. They need that reminder every once in a while so they don't get too comfortable.
I saw this on an episode of Tales From the Crypt. The mean uncle did this to his nephew. I feel it's sad, but what's sadder is the wife neglecting to buy her husband a decent grave stone. Goes to show everybody loves you until they get paid
True…if she didn’t feel up to it, a relative should have gently guided her through the process of ordering a proper stone.
This man deserved so much more than the fake poinsettia and that plaque. I hope that his relatives can make better arrangements to honour his memory. Thank you for doing this story.
AMEN ❗
I Agree with you !! Yes He Deserves to have a Head stone ❤️🥺
It just Break's my Heart , what was done to Him 🥺😭Its just Unbelievable
Oh my Lamont that is so terrible to do that to someone and their family. Thank you for sharing this horrific story.
You wrote exactly what I was going to say.
Hey Lamont, that Sheriff wannabe who encountered you sure got under my nails. I really salute you for keeping your cool and being the professional which you are.
For real - like who the fuck is he and who asked for his two cents?! Did he just ride up with that guy in the SUV who was just sitting there in the middle of the street? Mind your own business and don’t worry about who Lamont called or didn’t. It didn’t even look like Lamont was on the property when this fool starts interrogating him.
Yeah we got it buddy - you say the old owners died. So what? This incident still happened in that building. I love Lamont so much for saying he was still gonna do the story regardless. Shut that man down real quick.
@@puppyfacey8734 come on now dude seemed a lil off in the brain special needs kind of thing
I think they’re related to the owners of the funeral home somehow. It seems like he came from the house across the street and the car in that driveway also looks similar, like an older version of what they have in the driveway of the funeral home.
@@puppyfacey8734 I've never heard of a Funeral Home being a" Private Venue". Only, having private funerals. The fellow speaking seemed a little agitated that Lamont was there. Who knows, maybe they are relatives of the new owners or the new owners themselves.
@@541turbo Can we please not make the mentally disabled, the butt of jokes?
Thank you Lamont. Thank you for being educational, patient and concerned about facts.
Wow. First off as a mortician this makes me sick. This man and his family did not deserve this. I love the story of how he played music and then found god. It’s such a great story for everyone to look to. And you sir do a great job with your videos! Subscribed! Keep up the great work!
Be careful out there Lamont. The ones who showed up when you were at the funeral home out of nowhere looked a little suspicious. You just never know nowadays, so be careful. I always enjoy your vlogs.
facts they could've been related to the owners
Nah, they didn't look suspicious. I was thinking they could be returning from the market and seeing someone not from their neighborhood filming the business. Perhaps they know the new owners🤷🏾♀️
I know him he a crack head.

Look a little slow.. I bet they didnt have nonthing to do with it.
I live about an hour from there I remember the news talking about this. There's a special place in hell for people that do shit like that. From what I remember you did a very good job reporting this
WOW!!! What a story. I never heard of this man but thank you for bringing this tragedy to the forefront. We have to do our due diligence when seeking funeral services for our loved ones. Much respect for you Lamont.
Wow. This is truly a very sad story. May he Rest In Peace
Lamont is my type of guy, he didn't back when the guy confronted him☺️ Thank you for sharing this information 👍
In the town I live in, in New Zealand so there's a place where you can go and build your own coffin. Quite a few people do it. 🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿🇳🇿♥️
I really enjoyed Lamont when he tells and shows us the different gravesites where celebrities are buried
I'm grieving with my brother who lost his wife this year 2022. He's in the process of sueing two funeral homes for improper practices. 😭😭🙏
@@gwendolynspence8204 I hope he retained a good law firm, with experience in funeral malpractice
Bro it's a dead body who gives a fuck
You handled this story with great respect. I am happy this man can now RIP since the truth has come out & the parties involved punished. Great job!
