Grohe Automatic 2000 shower mixer - repair and cleaning

The flow control of the Grohe Automatic 2000 thermostatic mixer was leaking. The headworks flow cartridge of the valve was therefore renewed and the non return valves were also cleaned on this occasion.
This video shows the replacement of the headworks flow cartridge. In addition, the non return valves are removed in order to clean their filter screens.
The thermostatic element has already been replaced. Therefore it is not demonstrated here. The seats of the headworks flow cartridge and the non-return valve were also cleaned.

Tools used for the work shown:
Slotted screwdriver 0.8 x 5.5
17 mm cranked ring spanner or tubular socket spanner
Citric acid descaler, old toothbrush, ...

Wie im Video zu sehen, kann man den oberen abziehen. Beim unteren die Kappe entfernen und Schraube lösen. Viel Erfolg!

Ein bisschen rumgespielt und dabei sehr wenig zerkratzt. Aber ich habe es raus. Es war drehbar mit Gewinde.
