I find it funny that just a few weeks ago the comments were full of how much everyone hates Leo and now that he's gone suddenly everyone loves him. I think people just love to complain. Just keep making cool videos and people will watch.
Leo has annoying aspects to him, he likes to dictate everything and he cuts people off, and he complains a lot... However, those are changes that could be addressed honestly... doesn't have to be "let go" over it. Tell him where he can improve and give him some time to make those improvements. He did bring a lot of good to the channel, his editing style was much better and told a story, plus his filming also had a plan and a story and a schedule.
But there is any number of things happening when the camera is off... potentially some major personal conflict occurred which is why they don't want to talk about it. Or maybe Leo was over paying himself.. Or maybe Leo kept trying to force the guys to film what they didn't want do... Or maybe his back couldn't take it anymore, but if that was the case, why wouldn't they have just said that?
Man, I thought I was starting to dislike the show because Leo needed a reality check, but now I definitely dislike the show since he’s gone. I know that doesn’t make sense, but neither does handing the camera to someone that films like a 5 year old. I start getting sea sick from the movements. So by let go I’m taking that as they had to buy him out and he parted ways either fully, or enough so that he is off the board of directors but still holds shares just not enough to have a say in operations. Either way sorry but this was hard to watch, I honestly couldn’t make it past first few min, the days back in Doug’s garage fixing and bolt ons before a rip were the best RIP.

I tried but just can't. I started watching the channel in the beginning when it was Nick, Leo and Doug. 3 buddies having a good time together and was so relatable. It's now Doug and a rotating cast. Can't do it sorry i tried but its over. The lack of transparency also makes it even worse. ✌🏻
