I appreciate you showing us what you found in those boxes Brian! I had a few of those Star Wars figures and I also think the MAC line doesn't really get the love it should!
I had the Avon t-rex bubble bath bottle. I can still remember my excitement when the neighbor who pushed Avon in our street delivered it one morning before school.
I never knew anyone who had the Matchbox MAC toys. I loved them and had the fantastic mountain playset. God I loved it. I had a pontoon boat for the divers and it was just so fun.
These toys could be anything you wanted .. the Dirt bike guy was my favourite and the only one to my knowledge that had legs that bent .. he became a superhero for my Micronauts toys
Yeah I got the Vader lamp in 1980 at a mom n pop gas station in Memphis. I remember it was sitting in the window with an R2, Chewy, Yoda lamp. These were obviously unlicensed. Amazingly the bulbs have held up after over 40 yrs. I had to replace one but they don't make them to last long anymore. It already blew out.
I love that there is a mix of Star Wars, The Black Hole and Buck Rogers figures hanging out in the cases. Surprised there weren't Star Trek TMP Mego figures too. Nice assortment! Thanks for showing this time capsule.
Awesome collection! What was missing from the Star Wars landspeeder? The ARAH G.I. Joe vehicles make sense as they are also for 3.75 inch figures ( Star Wars, Fisher Price, Buck Rogers, etc…)
I purchased that M.A.C. green vehicle with yellow figure / helmet on ebay for $15 U.S , in great shape ! The MAC mountain playset was one of my favs back in '74. Thanks for the memories , I was too old for Star Wars ha ha!
Wow what fun thanks for sharing that both playset with the cardboard backing really brings me back to when my dad bought me one. I have to get that again one day thanks for the fun show Cheers
Fantastic. I am glad you glossed over the value and concentrated on how great they are. In reality this plastic “tat” is not valuable but it is wonderful. (I know some toys command a lot of money, but that does not make them valuable). Let’s enjoy toys for what they are.
Pretty lovely haul and most of it is in great shape! That Cobra Ice Wolf is missing the 2 ski torpedoes and the gun turret that sits behind the rear canopy but looks great! That Cobra is not the driver, that's a Cobra Eel scuba soldier.
The Speeder Bike is finicky to put back together because over time, the exploding button can get hair triggered due to age. The most missing parts are the mud flaps on the back.
Holy shit what a find the eventur people where so cool and the star wars you got some really Grail pieces and all the buck Rogers and the black hole cool shit...
Whoa! Fantastic haul! There's some pretty rad stuff. I got a kick out of seeing the cardboard Hoth/Tattooine sets. I remember really wanting that Hoth set for my birthday, and losing my mind in the best possible way when I got the full AT-AT instead. If you were to unload any of these things, would that happen on the forum?
Wow! A 70s kid's dream come true. So awesome. That is a legendary score. 👏👏👏

That is amazing!
Would have been thrilled with the FP adventure people alone, but those Star Wars and assorted other figures are so cool.

Oh so its retroblasting that does that! I knew I had seen it somewhere!

Yeah for me it's about the hunt, I'll make a profit on this stuff but that's just going straight into more toys.
Cool stuff 😎 thanks for showing 👍
What an absolutely awesome collection! 🙂Lots of my childhood right there!
Mine too!
Again Brian, these couldn’t have found a better home, even if only temporarily until you pass them on to their next owner 😊👍

Wish I had my Kenner stuff still.
Nice haul brother
thank you!

The most missing parts are the mud flaps on the back.
I suspected that while trying to put it together, thanks for the info.
Kenner we’re actually planning a mask style line for Star Wars, but it never happened sadly
This was a brilliant haul you got here
Sweet!

Oh wow, great story. I'm not sure what I'm doing with it yet. I may sell it at shows, haven't decided.
General Madine is a collection ender🤣
He sure was for me!
Awesome man! Congrats!
Thanks!!
Great haul! If you decide to part with Maximilian or the snow speeder, let me know.
Ok thanks!
Was Mac Man something else prior to that action Jack ? Or something ? I remember loving that guy ..
Macmen! I had a few of those but i don't remember knowing their name.
You lucky sod :D
Mumbly Joe. 😂😂😂😂😂
Wait, what was the mystery thing at the end? We didn't get to see it.
I kinda screwed up the ending, my bad.
Those two Ewok figures are Chief Chirpa (not Wicket) and Logray.
I do not know my Ewoks.
@@BrickMantooth That's okay. I'm mildly ashamed that I do know them. 🙂
I have a Darth Vader case full of figures and their accessories.
Me too, my childhood one, it's why I don't really have a big SW collection, I have a lot of my originals.
What a dream haul for something just handed to you free. That’s good karma coming your way…!
