Advanced Xero two integrations and bill approval

This video will cover advanced integrations between Xero and Wunderbuild, focusing on bill approvals.
Enable Two-Way Sync: Learn how to activate two-way synchronization in.
Add Xero Tracking Name: On the Job Overview page, under Details, click the edit button to add your Xero tracking name, which will appear in Xero’s WB Job dropdown.
Allocate Bills to Wunderbuild Jobs: Ensure bills in Xero are allocated to the correct Wunderbuild job. Approved bills will sync to Wunderbuild within 1-3 minutes.
Check Synced Bills: In Wunderbuild, head to Importable Invoices to check if the bill has successfully synced.
Import Invoices: Use the “Options” button to ignore or import the invoice. Receipts attached to the bills will also sync, though larger files may take longer.
Verify Job Allocation: After importing, ensure the invoice is allocated to the correct job. Adjust if necessary.
Categorize Invoices: Allocate the invoice to the appropriate category or line item within the job, and click import.
