I have an XJ Portfolio and it puts a huge smile on my face when I walk out of the front door and see it on my drive. Its a 3ltr diesel and gives power, handling, luxury and economy. Must admit the white car in the review does look better than my silver, maybe next time!
You would need to be visually impaired to buy any German barge over this piece of automotive artwork. Everything about it is tasteful and classy, it's more comparable to a Bentley!
Absolutely nothing wrong with the visual concept of this car, its currently the best looking big car on the market. You can stick the blingy over rated over priced German cars where the sun don't shine.
Hi Ian, When we prepare videos, we tend to concentrate on cars that sell in large numbers, so while we hope to do a review on the 2 Series range (inc the M235i) in the future, doing one on the M235i alone is pretty unlikely.

Ha ha laughed about the faithful having a heart attack when this model hit the roads. My old man was an XJ6 man for years but when this came out it he was like have jag gone mad that's not a real jag lol. Yep he didn't buy one.
Infotainment system does not react fast enough. It handles sharp but not as comfortable as other german vehicles. The reliability is also very low compare to other vehicles. Diesel models from germans do way better than this cat.
Lol, it's more comfortable than the Germans, have an S63 and an XJL SS, as far as reliability goes, had fewer problems with Jags than any Mercedes loool, and it's more intuitive than the command system, clearly, you don't know what you're talking about
I own an autobiography and can't say I've had any problems. But my buddy who bought an Audi had it die on him for months before the Germans fixed it (and charged him for the repairs even if the car was not even two years old) then again maybe its just a matter of time I am only 3 years in.
