@@DaneAndStacey Yes:) im from Romania. Travelling non stop since 2015 and started serious vlogging around mid 2016. What was only a 6 months getaway transformed into a lifestyle... (as it always happens, more or less)... Im in my apt in Medellin, Colombia, now...watching your latest video (the shopping mall one, with mbk and stuff). Every time i feel the need to relax i just play some of your content :)
That's so awesome - love how the journey starts off so small and then grows into something else! Heard amazing things about Medellin, we'll be hoping to get there some time soon for sure.
You guys are so nice and friendly, really like your not too polished, real-life feeling videos and your way of communicating with a viewer. Keep on going on! Greetings from Germany!
Thats so nice to hear :) Thanks so much! Hoping we can explore more of Germany later this year

It's really cool to see you guys working in coworking spaces, they are our favorites everywhere we go. It's also quite nice from you being 50 days ahead of us in our travels so we can always check what to see and where to go. Thanks :)
We generally prefer the working from our apartment buzz, but coworking spaces are so productive! Glad we can share some cool stuff with you guys in advance haha
Great to see another coworkspace in Bangkok. We will try it when we go back there. We just left today but we will definitely go back for more adventures.
I lived right by Ekkamai BTS station for a year! It is a great area of BKK! If you get tired of the big city jump on the bus at Ekkamai station and take the 3 hour ride to Koh Samed, it's an awesome little low key island :)
Puke hard 😂 awesome seeing others from NZ living the dream lifestyle met a few other Kiwis in Chiang while I was there in August/September. Enjoy guys ✊🏾
Hey that is a good hair cut and the beer was a cool bonus - funny how beer always brings on hunger; it does for me anyway. Totally agree with you being a bit suspicious of places with a "hipster" reputation. It often means that a previously cool and authentic place has gone commercial. Liked the little close up shot of Stacey's hand and the lovely ring - it's little touches like these that help to make your videos stand out :)
The more we hunt out these areas for a bit of a change, the less impressed we are - just ends up being pricier for much of the same with better lighting :P Still, all part of the adventure. The island life is treating us well at the moment though.
If you ever gonna do a vlog about shopping malls in Bangkok, please NEVER miss "ICONSIAM' complex by the river. It was the talk of the town when it's opened last year and all the people of Bangkok went crazy about that mall!
Still is super popular! Glad we went last month. Tons of Thai University students frequent there as the place to be seen. The food center is epic! Feels like a floating market in a mall.
Bangkok air in last month is really bad due to pm2.5. But now the air improve alot AQI decrease from 150-160 in last week to 60-70 in this week. This is because the season change and blow pm 2.5 away.
Really enjoy watching your 2nd(?) time through Thailand videos after spending 2 months there myself last year. Cya next time 🤚. Also, favorite lunch spot in Chiang Mai, 'Lips' I'm sure you know the place. I lived a two minute walk away for a month.
Ahhhh lips. Take us back there now please! You won't believe this - we paid 200 baht for a Pad See Ewe yesterday and it was smaller and bland compared to Lips for 40!
Do you guys have a video or could you make one covering extended stays? I understand Thailand allows one month on arrival, with an additional month extended but then you must leave and come back?
We've got a couple, but nothing super specific to Thailand. We did a visa run to Laos though and filmed a few vids, went across the boarder and applied for a visa, came back in on it a few days later. Also have one on the visa extension process in Bali
Hey !! I had candy for Breakfast yesterday. No One is judging. The young girl at the store said "You can't do that !!" ADULTING 101 Doing EVERYTHING your parents told you NOT to 😂🤣😂🤣😂
Wow, I've never get to experience this...though I experienced watching a live Muay Thai fight in BKK, Thai...I hope you can also watch my travel vlog + guide showcasing different places and foods/drink in BKK, Thai. Many, many thanks!!!
Hey SHY toys - our camera is here on Amazon- geni.us/ourcamera but you can always check our equipment and full travel gear on our site- danegerandstacey.com/our-equipment/
What kind of laptop stands do you guys have? I need to buy one that is small enough for travel and need a recommendation. Also, you guys should learn to cut each others hair! That's what my husband and I do when we travel. It is surprisingly easy :)
Cutting each others hair would be a game changer! No free beer, but 600 baht goes a long way on Leos at the 7/11! Check our laptop stands on our site, we can highly recommend them - they're amazing and have lasted years: danegerandstacey.com/our-equipment/
Ekkamai is dope, but 600THB for a haircut? That is wayyyy too much. HandleHigh on Sukhumvit 42 is half the price. Also, noticed you were staying in Onnut, several places near there for 200THB or less for quality cuts.
ekimai doesn't really have a centre as such so not surprising that you were a bit disoriented. Everywhere is always touted as "the next up and coming young place" when rents in the nearest station get too high. So if Ekimai can commend decent recents then the next station away will become the Next up and coming area. Also thais tend to copy one another so with cowering spaces they see one work and then they all try and open one, most of them are empty and close down.
you guys i need diet from your videos...i started gaining weight just watching you ;) jk :D I cannot believe somebody dared calling you guys loud! No way! Let me speak to the manager! My name is Karen! :P

It's a good spot guys, chill and respectful in there
glad to see you getting some sponsors! love your content, as always!
Appreciate that, thanks. We're super selective about who we partner with, gotta be a good product and something we legit can/do/would use.

The typing when she was setting up her laptop at the space 😅 Great video! Going back this winter and this was helpful
Haha taking the piss of some nomads mate, we don't take ourselves too seriously 🤣
@@DaneAndStacey Love it haha
Thanks guys good to know new area!!! I'va been in some amazing places like 45min out of Bkk, more like for thai plp, some of the restaurants r insane!
Bet thats the real jam, outside of town, local AF, cheap AF and tasty AF

Wish we'd heard about this before we filmed this day, we didnt make it there!
@@DaneAndStacey Never mind, look forward to your next vlog! Keep up the good work guys :)
It's one of the most luxurious malls in the world. If you thought Siam Paragon was top of the line, Icon Siam tops it as it is much more luxury.
That typing scene in the intro tho hahahaha bkk was my home for 20 yrs. miss the place so bad!
Haha. BKK is awesome, hope you can get back soon
Great video, I really liked it.
Nice one guys! We were in Bangkok about 8 weeks ago and Claire got really sick from all the smog! Really wasn’t pleasant.

Danegar i love your haircut you look so cute, i am enjoying your vlogs guys i am looking forward to the next one.
Nice video nice people👍👍
Thank you!
Hahaha here I was thinking that food looks delicious then you said that😂😂. The co-working space looks awesome. Photos sell us me on a place a lot too

Combine burning season and Bangkok is pretty bad for smog, but yes combining both together I think is what has caused it this time around.
Wow nice content the second youtuber i like to follow after Chris the freelancer haha
Haha cool - thanks for the support ✌🏼
Recommend a co-working space called Naplab, it’s also in Siam :)
What do you do for work
Stacey is a freelance graphic designer, but more and more these days the content we make is our business.
It was free beer too, and pizza, when I was at a barbershop on the K’Road in Auckland.

Have you checked out the Ari neighborhood yet? It's another hipster neighborhood, but less expensive.
We heard lots about Ari as well, had to pick one of the other, maybe we made the wrong choice haha

Out skirt of Bangkok e.g. Nonthaburi, you still can find hair cut for 100 THB.
Yup - stupid expensive huh! Although we did have 4 beers total, so got our moneys worth (kinda) there 🤣

I never understood what makes something considered 'hipster' but it always involves having a cafe or something to do with a cafe
Thats actually a bloody good question haha
it is poloution. I would move to pattaya and ride it out
Nice

These past few videos have not been good for our waists but its so hard to say no to Thai food and Thai beeeeers 🍺
What's up dawg?! 🤣
I guess Thai salons are cool as in giving you free beer.
Only when you pay this much for the cut though haha, may as well drink some of that back :P
It is pollution...the BKK cough is a thing. Air quality in Bkk is like LA in the 80's. Love ekkmai.
Beer with a haircut! Haircut in Cambodia costs a few bucks. What about a shave?
It probably should cost that much! Didn't ask about a shave, probably should have 🤣
Hair cut in local barber shop for Thai people price about 60-80 baht included everything.
