Super interesting and very knowledgeable podcast. We need more content like this in Nepal. Huge shout out to the guest speakers, Sanjay dai and his team for doing an amazing work. I hope this podcast reaches to each and everyone out there, especially the people who really need it. Contents like this gives me immense joy, cause i believe someday, it will definitely help to break the stereotype.❤❤❤❤
Hats off to Dr. Sagun! I appreciate for his efforts to his patients🙏. I always remember his statement, "We cannot change a cat into a tiger," which he used to convince me.
Sanjay dai back in the game this is how you should ask questions and homework you should do .....love the guest advocating the young youths This need to be shared to everyone in the country ❤
Respected, Sanjay dai! As a disciple of your podcast, I truly request you to bring this sort of personality in promoting mental health awareness. In today's busy world, parental time is often limited, leading to a pressing need for conversations that nurture emotional well-being, especially for the younger generation. Your platform's influence is remarkable, and discussions on these kind of sensative topic could significantly impact society. Gen Z faces unique challenges, and your efforts can foster a culture of resilience and holistic growth. Their dedication is truly commendable, and I earnestly encourage them along with you to persist in this important mission.
Cannavis should be legalized in Nepal for growing and selling for people above the age of 25 years based on medical necessities. Also, if all the foreign alcohol users get shifted to Cannavis then we can save tons of $$ flowing out of Nepal. Nepal needs to export a lots of cannavis and Cannavis based products and generate foreign currencies.
Sanjay dai , Ahele ko MR. Nepal winner Samarpan Karki lai nai invite garnuna please. Maile aauta deuta interview hereko tiyo uha ko perspective ramro lageko tiyo
Does the title justifies the content? Well, i’m not saying its not an useful content but then does drug addiction or any addiction covers the title of ‘Mental Health’ ? (Just my opinion atleast)
Yes it’s justified, because when we have drug addiction it’s badly hits our whole body like physical and mental..and when we get addicted on drugs we have get mental problems also..all addiction people will get mental problems so badly that’s why the title suits this content…i think you didn’t have addiction experience that’s why you’re get confused with the title it’s good title with content so accept it..sorry if my words feel bad to you but it’s true…
@@Suzan_Nepal Well, I’m not criticizing anyone or anything. I personally think mental illness is a hugeeee subject to talk about , and I don’t have to feel bad about your comment , I’m glad for your concern yet having said that , let me clarify, I just mean we can’t confine it just into drug addiction. I mean yes drug addiction does plays a big role in it and I’m not denying it. So , if the title was like ‘ drug addiction and its linkage to mental illness ‘ then the title would be justified . But again, it’s just my personal opinion .
once I was short of attracted to Rachana Maam but later I saw a pic of her holding a glass of wine, I was completely turned off. And now she is here TALKING.

Apart from drugs they should talk about other mental problems like unemployment problems and low self-esteem
It is not necessary to talk about it.
They are expert in these so they expressed what's happening.
