  • In this episode I leave Montezuma Costa Rica for the capital of the country San Jose. I took the ferry over to the mainland and really enjoyed the short but scenic ride.
My main reason for heading to San Jose was to take the bike to the dealership where I could get the fork seals replaced since they were leaking oil. Moto Apex treated me so well and did a really good job throughout the entire process.
I hope you guys enjoy! Cheers my friends!

SanJuan was a surprise to us as well. Also drawn in for bike repairs. We did the free walking tour and were blown away. Great intro at the beach really captured the place.

You kinda want to change the brake and clutch fluid every 6 months. Especially in a humid environment. If you buy fork seals to carry with you try to get the SKF brand seals. They last a lot longer then the WP oem replacement seals. That was pretty cool seeing a KTM dealership outside the U.S. looked like a really nice place.

Every six months.. No promises there Jeff haha. But good insight on the seals, I’ll check those out. Yeahh that KTM dealership was top notch honestly!

There are people right now watching thinking for some reason they can’t do it, but 100% as they are right now could go and do it. There’s always a way. Is the fork seal being more oval due to pressure really an issue? It's not like they're exactly a loose fit, there's not any extra rubber once it gets put on so it takes the o shape just like the other one. Is the worry that because it's already formed that way that it might fight back and maybe create gaps on the longer sides?

    • @LandonBishoff

Okay thank goodness, I thought you were gonna say something really serious happened. Yeahh I’ve had it even after taking the bike to get washed and they spray oily products all over the bike to help with salty air, or just to make it shine more as well. Where I go to use the brakes and they practically are non existent haha kinda sketchy at times

There are alot more white people than I expected. Splitting those lanes looks so sketchy. We sure got a lot of safety rules and codes in America.

Lots of white people forsure! Splitting lanes is so fun. Yeahh it’s funny to see what would be considered terrible in the states is just normal here. 3 people on a motorcycle, no helmets, lady holding a baby, kinda things haha
