How di u measure. To square it without cutting
What’s type of pipe and size are you using to make the roof rack?
1 inch tube not pipe. Pipe is measured on the inside. Tube is measured on the outside.
Like your work. Which material are you using ? I would have interest to buy one for Pajero NS
How shorter did you make the top rail 2 or 3 inches
I don't remember. Whatever let the light bar sit just behind the bottom tube.
What size wire was you running in your welder?
In my mig I always run .030 but this was tig welded for the most part. I used 1/16 filler rod for this.

Where did you get the dimple dies from. I was looking at the ones from Swag Off Road , but they want $500 for them.
I don't have a set yet. However I'll most likely borrow them this time around. When I do get some I'm pretty sure I'll be buying a set from Barbwire offroad. Google them their website should come up right away.
