It's crazy, guys! I haven't slept well for 2 weeks making this video, but it was totally worth it because this is one of those products that I genuinely LOVE! I hope you enjoyed it. Use my exclusive code: samiluo to get an extra $100 off on the #LaserPeckerLP5. Check it out here: shrsl.com/4lr7w
Ah.. I thought you looked really tired. Get some good sleep now, Sami, and don't drive any heavy machinery, like bulldozers or tanks or monster trucks until you do. 😂
please help I just purchase the LP4 a week ago and I was wondering will the Safety Enclosure work on the LP4 & if not do you think it's possible someone can mod it to make it work ???
@@demarcoewing1573 Hello, just confirmed with the official LaserPecker team that the Safety Enclosur will support the LP4 through firmware update later :DD
Are you referring to the safety enclosure? It's still a prototype and hasn't been finalized yet, so don't worry about it. LaserPecker always ensures top-notch quality control for their final products delivered to users.
Some interesting features in this new engraver. Being that the unit is still a prototype, they can only get better as the bugs get ironed out. Nice to see a fiber head as well as a diode one which really creates more potential for products.
The biggest differences are the materials it can engrave and the engraving speed. CO2 lasers like the OMTech K40+ can't engrave metal, and their engraving speed is less than 1/10th that of the LP5 galvanometer laser engraver. Not to mention, the LP5 is much more compact compared to the bulkier CO2 lasers. Honestly, there's no comparison-I wouldn't even consider looking at those cheap CO2 machines.
@@SamiLuo On the website description I only see this engraving paint/powder coat, not the metal itself. I use a c02 laser to cut everything from wood and acrylic to stainless steel mesh, I'm not sure how effective a diode laser would be at the latter...
@@staafken007 Definitely, the LP5 is more budget-friendly and seems to have better performance. The F1 Ultra is overpriced unless you see Sami's comparison with it; otherwise, I think I would go for the LP5.

English subtitles have been updated :DDD
Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, SamLoui! Great info.
why is the top sagging so badly? like it can hardly support the weight of the laser on top, or just poor build quality and QC.

Yes Simon :DDD
Can you show us some gold and silver cutting?👀
The child in me makes me giggle like a schoolgirl when I hear the name of this. 😊
haha!!! But this laser engraver is the best user-friendly i've ever had so far :D
Do you know if it works if you would use USB to USB? So you do not have to use the USB stick
Hi Sami, when will your comparison video with the Xtool F1 Ultra be out? I need your input.
Soon, stay tuned, a detailed comparison is on the way :D
Is the LP4 stand the same as LP5? Possible to upgrade just purchasing the LP5 Laser unit?
Not compatible though... but for the that camera box they are compatible :D
@@SamiLuo Thanks for the info, what a bummer, looks the same though.. u mentioned "Camera Box", do you mean the "Safety Enclosure"?
I could definitely put something like this to good use. I wonder how it compares to a cheap co2 laser like the omtech k40+

Can it engrave Tungsten Carbide?
what are the dimensions of the LP5 enclosure?
It's 290*350*345mm :D
@@SamiLuo Thank you! On a side note, does the camera on the enclosure work with the phone app? or is it only for desktop app?
Saludos excelente
This is samething to Xtool F1 Ultra so nothing new or diferent??
It seems to be roughly the same as the F1 Ultra but smaller and cheaper
I also pre-ordered the F1 Ultra, a detailed comparison will be scheduled, stay tuned :DD
@@phillipallen1Cheaper ?? Don’t think so.

Очень, очень медленный лазер. Я бы сказал ужасно медленный, чтобы что-то напечатать, надо ждать пол жизни. Ужас точно себе такой не куплю.
