Toyota Corolla Production In U.S | Full Factory Tour!
Welcome to Toyota Mississippi, home of the Toyota Corolla. We are glad to have you join us for our virtual tour experience.
Home of the Corolla, the Toyota facility in Blue Springs, Mississippi, has assembled nearly 2 million vehicles with the help of the Toyota Production System (TPS). It takes employees approximately 20 hours to build each Corolla. That’s about as long as it takes to drive from Blue Springs to Boston. Luckily, employees at the Mississippi plant have a little help from “Godzilla.” As strong as its namesake, the original king of the monsters, this large material-handling robot looks like a big metal arm and can work with loads up to one ton!
Since opening in 2011, Toyota Mississippi and its Mississippi-based suppliers have created nearly 4,000 jobs and invested over $1.3 billion in the state's economy.
Today, Toyota Mississippi builds cars for consumers in the U.S., U.S. territories, Mexico and 18 countries in Central and South America and the Caribbean. - Авто та транспорт
Absolutely love it!! I have owned two 11th gen Corollas. A 2016 LE built in Blue Springs and now I have a 2017 SE built in Canada. Both have been amazing vehicles. The quality has been amazing with both of these cars. Toyota for life!!
I have a 2014 Corolla S, love it. The only thing that I've noticed on the 2014-2016 Corolla they have cut the carpet in the rear passenger seat short.

Nevertheless, I much prefer the Japanese built Corolla Hatchback. Water based paint is not nearly as durable.

:Pity we don't make the car anymore in Australia. Japan closed the plants when the dollar was on parity with the US dollar. Now that it is only worth 70 cents, I wish we started making them again. Instead there made in Thailand or Turkey
New corollas both sedan and hatch imported into Australia are made in japan
@@GlenAnderson71 Yeah I know once upon a time we made Camrys. It seems the US versions get all the brand new features and we get them later like a year later.

I meant Toyota Japan, decided to stop building the Corolla and Camry in Australia. We had a huge manufacturing plant in Adelaide.@@n.ll.8796

What recalls??? I have a Corolla made from Mississippi and 5 years later, not even a single recall and also no parts replaced so far

I would not buy an American made Toyota in Mississippi. The people there can’t even spell G-E-D.
