@candace7340 to prevent sun damage and aging. Absolutely. I've been doing it for years and I have no sun spots or rings. I do my chest too if that's exposed to the sun. My sister in law is only 4 months older then me and she has deep neck rings and sun spots. She doesn't wear sunscreen and tans. Were 31. I'm not saying sunscreen will lift already sagging skin but it will prevent damage from the sun on a daily basis.
My neck did look like the photo seen at 5:33 “before “ but I made it better - like the “after,” by accident, as much or more than the after photo alongside it, by adding the supplement niacinamide to my daily routine! I added 1500 mg niacinamide (alongside pyruvate) for eyesight improvements (it works wonders, peer reviewed science backing it for older eyes) and I noticed after a few months that my neck was so improved! I wondered what made it better for a few weeks and then remembered that I added the niacinamide. I looked up the niacinamide / skin aging and sure enough, there’s reports of skin aging appearance improvements! I have added other interventions recently (home devices and serums) but the niacinamide was the only change from fall to the last month, and my neck is nearly “there “ !
I’ve been using silicone patches on my chest for the last six months, and I have virtually no lines. And the quality of my skin is clearer and softer. I was getting deeper lines on my neck and started using them a few weeks ago. My neck looks like it did in my 30s. It’s a freaking miracle! And then I am hyper vigilant about not dropping my chin and looking down at anything..Sleeping on my back, which is the best prevention of all, has been a minor success. I’ll stay for a while, but I always end up on my side. The chest pad helps of course. And I’m definitely going to try the Nectifirm. I love how it also helps the jawline, my other trouble spot. Love your videos so much! It’s insane how much I learn from you,
What an excellent video Dr. Rajani! I started to use this cream about 2 weeks ago and already seeing results which makes me so happy. You answered my question about neck skincare routine as well which has been driving me crazy the last month. Such a wealth of information in this video and I’m so grateful for it. Thank you so much 🙏🏽

Thank you, Dr. Rajani. This is the video that I've been looking for. I'm 67 and people think I'm 48 to 54. But I do have the neck bands. And one necklace wrinkle. I'm going to get the necktifirm cream. Can't wait for results.

This has been crossing my mind lately. Building up vs "turnover" (retinols). I was thinking the retinols are not the answer especially for the neck as a "skinny over 50 yo". Interesting! Thank you.
The neck is a huge topic. I teach my clients to treat it like the face. It’s amazing what can be done by just gently exfoliating and protecting the neck and yes with a wide brimmed hat. I also absolutely believe in facial yoga and micro current. I agree that actives and peels are over used along with to many harsh products. It actually makes the neck worse. Just my extra skin love. I like DRMTLGY neck cream used on alternate nights with a low dose retinol. DRMTLGY cream has quite a few peptides and lots of ceramides and is much less expensive than Nectifirm. I have a little patch of skin directly below my chin that is lighter than the rest of my neck and face. Almost looks like a shadow from the sun exposure. I have been using NECTIFIRM which I purchased from your site, for about a month or so, now. I wish I had taken a before photo, because I am thrilled with the results of this product. What I was interested in was firming, as I’ve never had lines there due to never going in the sun. This product delivers. My neck is so much firmer, and I’m thrilled. Thank you, as always, Dr. Rajani for recommending the best products. I’m ordering it again! Best always, Terry
I had RF Infini on the necklace lines and very happy with the results. To prevent I use Busajna oil and (6 weeks now) I swear I see some skin tightening especially under eyes which is my weakest point.
Creepy skin starts from loose skin at the back of the neck. If you hold the skin at the back of the neck you'll notice less wrinkles on the neck. Thanks for the information.
The platysma bands would be my top dreaded neck concern. Is there an explanation on why as we age they start appearing? Whats the cause ? I hear people saying the muscle becomes weak to strengthen it . Then others would say the muscle is being over used to paralyze it . Some people say it's from lose skin. I just would like to know why they start to show. If Botox is the 1st go to treatment that makes the bands look better then it cant be from having lose skin right . Thank You Dr Rajani.
Some literally has to be hereditary. I have had the horizontal bands (but not crepey) since I was a very young child. When it became a thing that people looked down on for aging, it always made me so self conscious as a kid.
Hey recommend them to have blood labs done by hrt docs at 1st signs of neck “wrinkling /creping” too…because also Hormone imbalances are the initial causes (when it’s not definitive weight loss and or sun /smoking damage) . That’s why you’ll see it in younger people say late 40s when it’s too early in life for neck to creep -and why older ones haven’t developed it. I always see older women than me with healthier necks and automatically think 🤔 “their hormones are balanced . They’ve been doing something right their whole life” lol I first noticed it in my neck almost 2yrs before a functional medicinal practitioner pinpointed my testosterone was low. It improved after hrt.
Are there any negative effects to doing HRT? I want to start on it now that my periods are getting fewer and fewer and I started to notice laxity but I heard some say HRT can cause hair loss.
If its just the lines on the neck Niod's neck elasticity catalyst is pretty good..and i noticed their CAIS serum applied on neck also improves the appearance significantly for me. Necktifirm price is too much I think. If its peptides doing the heavy lifting then NIOD items combined will do the trick. I also use all my other skincare serums on my neck in turns ie timeless vit C, retinal, cerimide cream and other antioxidants. Combine with face yoga exercises and skin devices
Don't forget diet is everything, I really wished Dr's would promote this more. When they say you are what you eat, it's so true. Sugars' carbs break down collagen causing you to age faster.
A brilliant video Dr R!! Once again, very informative. I am going to have a look now but if you haven't done a '"Dr Rajani's Skin Care , Get ready with me'" Vogue style I would love to see one! :)
It’s a YT channel by Vogue feauturing celebrity skincare routines (morning & night usually).. very fitting for you…This was a great video & will re - watch, as I fell asleep at the end (tired) I have been using Perricone Md sub d neck cream; but the formula seems to have changed.. so would love to try the Nectifirm; am a big believer that neck creams; like eye cream serve a specific purpose & work far more efficiently as opposed to simply using moisturizer on the neck.. although I don’t use it everyday Love the way you applied it w a ‘hands on approach’ hence doing a “get ready w me” would be great to see from you….Thanks Dr. R. 🤍🙏💛
Very informative video Dr.Rajani ❤I use many of your facial products and the K2/D3 and collagen peptides supplement. Very pleased with my results in these past couple of months. I'm obsessed with all of your videos, Dr. Rajani! I've had the Nectifirm in my cupboard for a year and didn't realize how good it really is. I guess I should have watched some youtube videos when I bought it and used it religiously! I'm going to start it again. My question is... can that be used on arms for crepey skin? Mine are so bad from all the sun damage when I was a kid. I'm 64 next month but it wasn't until just a couple years or so ago that I realized I can't wear short sleeves anymore😞 I see so many suggestions for SO many different products. Can you recommend this for the arms too (or, is it too expensive) or another lotion meant for the body? Thanks again for all of your informative videos❤

Always great information and explanations. I will say though in the very first before and and after photos, the before picture is clearly a much closer image of the neck than the after
Great presentation! My plastic surgeon as recommended Nectifirm Advanced, and it’s made a significant diff in the appearance of the skin on my neck. I am, however, still struggling with hyperpigmentation on the sides of my neck from microneedling and even BBL hasn’t done much.
@@birdlover7776 I have done a session of laser and that's it for me. These little spots disappeared. Of course that depend of how much you have, the coloration, etc. But for me it was good.

@@rajanimdskincare Weird question....can hyaluronic acid be put into the triangular dent of the lower neck, deep enough for one to carry around a whole walnut...or even an avocado? 🤣🤣
Try soaking a Sml towel in salt water but first apply a cream to the neck area then you take the towel and slap in an upward motion along the neck and jaw tightens the skin
Interesting observations and suggestions. Love the way you propose your advices. Especially when you recommend to women not to be too "obsessed" by their look. Aging gracefully is possible. Thanks.

Such great information! My problem is that I suffer from chronic pain and other health issues which has caused me to be very ill and have lost a lot of weight! My skin looks awful! I look in the mirror and just don’t like what I see 😭 my skin is sagging, bones are sticking out of my neck with crepiness and I’m also dealing with rosacea and hyperpigmentation! I don’t know what to do??
When you mention the chronic pain etc. I suggest you see a lymeliterate doctor and have your blood sent to Igenex Labs in California. I am Canadian and was able to get a diagnosis from their blood tests and then treatment here with an infectious disease specialist. Most doctors not familiar with Lyme disease.. @@nicoeeek.7181 In only few countries in Europe I've seen it available. Mostly online or tea shops
What it’s RF ?
@@zenyas7358 radio frequency
I use infini in my practice. You likely had a great provider. Settings are key but when done correctly it is fantastic
Creepy skin starts from loose skin at the back of the neck. If you hold the skin at the back of the neck you'll notice less wrinkles on the neck. Thanks for the information.
I love your partners...
I have the platsymal bands. Botox did not work for me. Thinking about neck lifts, but will try Nectifirm first! Thank you for this video!
You are so welcome!
Multifactorial. Collagen loss and muscle laxity.
look into face yoga and face exercise and dry ice for age spots
Some literally has to be hereditary. I have had the horizontal bands (but not crepey) since I was a very young child. When it became a thing that people looked down on for aging, it always made me so self conscious as a kid.
The only way to love.
Necktifirm by revision Loving it
Hey recommend them to have blood labs done by hrt docs at 1st signs of neck “wrinkling /creping” too…because also Hormone imbalances are the initial causes (when it’s not definitive weight loss and or sun /smoking damage) .
I wish you shipped internationally, would love to try your neck cream
If its just the lines on the neck Niod's neck elasticity catalyst is pretty good..and i noticed their CAIS serum applied on neck also improves the appearance significantly for me. Necktifirm price is too much I think. If its peptides doing the heavy lifting then NIOD items combined will do the trick. I also use all my other skincare serums on my neck in turns ie timeless vit C, retinal, cerimide cream and other antioxidants. Combine with face yoga exercises and skin devices
Necktifirm is very expensive
i JUST ordered your Nectifirm® ADVANCED. Let's see if it works. I HOPE it Does.
Doctor, since you don’t ship to Europe what can I use instead of your neck cream?
so interesting....what do think of aloe vera in skincare ? thx.
I like if unscented
Strength exercises is much better
If topical green tea reduces fat, should we avoid using it where we do not want to reduce fat?
Purchasing this ASAP. I just reordered all of my 22 yr old son's skin care. If I don't do it he won't use it. : ) Plus I love him.
Excellent
Thanks Dr Anil for sharing this video. I will try the cream.
SkinCeuticals tripeptide neck repair is a good one also
Don't forget diet is everything, I really wished Dr's would promote this more.

Oh ...I don t even know what that is....I ll look.
@@ellik1817 yes to that idea !
Nice shirt !
Thank you for teaching us...keep it up..🌺
Very informative video Dr.Rajani ❤I use many of your facial products and the K2/D3 and collagen peptides supplement. Very pleased with my results in these past couple of months. I’ve been looking at Nectifirm great product! I’m waiting for your Antiage home micro needling kit and we’ll go from there 🎉❤ I plan to visit you this year when we visit friends in Yoncalla. I’m in Swea City Iowa which makes it difficult to become a patient as well as a customer 😢 I’d love to hear about your high percentage hydroquinone product! You’re the best 🎉❤
Imust have missed the name of this cream. Can you please tell me the name of it. Thank you.
How can the cream be ordered? Do you ship it to Europe?
I love your videos, so informative. Do you have any creams help lip lines
Very informative. Such great information!
Glad it was helpful! Stay tuned and let me know how you are liking it.
Doctor Iam in Indonesia where can I buy your products? Any link for international buyers ?
Your neck looks amazing Dr wow fantastic video 💖💕🙏💯
Read the reviews on it, a lot of people say it does nothing for them.
Everybody's selling something.
Dr. R, do I use this before my neck starts getting wrinkles or the first sign of aging?
I love this product and your information is always very helpful!
Great work as ever.
Very interesting video. What's the name of the cream? Where can I buy or order it seeing I'm living in another continent
I just bought a kit of 3 Clinique products:
* 1 is to get rid of dark spots
*2 is a moisturizer with sunscreen in it
*3 is eye cream
I just started yesterday; twice a day.
Regards,
Patty W
Yes so do I use the cream n the pump for the neck? And how much is it?
I got my nectifirm 3 days ago and oh my it works well!!! I spray spring water on my face first to make a tiny bit go a longgg ways. Its even helped my jowl area!! Ill be buying when i run out 😂 only problem is i want face and eye cream now thinking ill need to get another job to fund my skincare 😝
Dr Anil Rajani is really the best...Thank you X 🇬🇧 Xxxx
Thank you for explaining how the ingredients work; super helpful! Do you think we could use the Nectifirm cream after micro-needling? 🙂
I do
@@rajanimdskincare I did 13 TCA peels on my face and had fantastic results, but then I did a couple neck peels-and regretted it later. Neck skin and facial skin are totally different "animals"! I'll try your cream though!!!
Absolutely love this video.
I use Kleem neck cream and it works great. Thanks doc for all your informative vids.😊
Yes but there is a bodifirm my patients love. Store.rajanimd.com. thanks for watching and enjoying
Good info , thank you for taking the time Why not use it on the face also , for firming?
My thoughts exactly. I’d love to know more. But maybe the info is on the video and we missed it 😂
As always Dr Rajani, excellent presentation, packed w/useful information re preventative, as well as rejuvenation 4 the skin⚘️
Thank you
Love your teeth.
I would like to buy the neck cream. I’m 52 and getting loose skin but would like to prevent surgery as much as possible. Also. Can I get virtual visits? I have several issues
Really works. Use the Revision products for the neck in my daily and nightly beauty routines.
Thanks for sharing!!
Such an educational video, super!
Most welcome
Always great information and explanations. I will say though in the very first before and and after photos, the before picture is clearly a much closer image of the neck than the after
There will always be critique of before and afters. Very very difficult. Most important is your before and after.
Fantastic video Dr.Rajani!
Thanks for watching and commenting.
Great presentation! My plastic surgeon as recommended Nectifirm Advanced, and it’s made a significant diff in the appearance of the skin on my neck. I am, however, still struggling with hyperpigmentation on the sides of my neck from microneedling and even BBL hasn’t done much.
Thanks for sharing
Penn Smith on UA-cam has good advice and product suggestions for hyperpigmentation
@@birdlover7776 I have done a session of laser and that's it for me. These little spots disappeared. Of course that depend of how much you have, the coloration, etc. But for me it was good.
@@ClaraSunshine excellent 👍
Licorice root works good for hyperpigmentation without breaking the bank. You can add it to your basic cream too but I spot treat with it.
Hi Dr. Añil Rajani, I watch your videos and I thank you for all the important info you share with us. Where do I buy the creams you recommended for the neck?
Thank you. store.rajanimd.com
Your neck is really nice! 👌😊
🙏🙏
@@rajanimdskincare Weird question....can hyaluronic acid be put into the triangular dent of the lower neck, deep enough for one to carry around a whole walnut...or even an avocado? 🤣🤣
Try soaking a Sml towel in salt water but first apply a cream to the neck area then you take the towel and slap in an upward motion along the neck and jaw tightens the skin
Another option is a turtleneck 😊
Could it be used for wrinkled hands?
Interesting observations and suggestions. Love the way you propose your advices. Especially when you recommend to women not to be too "obsessed" by their look. Aging gracefully is possible. Thanks.
💯
I like your video very much.

You are very creepy
Dr, thank you for offering the newest a upgraded formula for purchase. I've ordered my second bottle. Do I need a moisturizer after?
Not necessarily unless the neck is dry.
I am 61 years of age and I have the neck of a 30 year old. My secret I have never let the sun near my neck and have used various neck creams since I was 20
Avoiding sun is critical, i agree! HRT makes Huuuuge diff as well, may I ask if you’re taking? ( Im similar in age)
@@Ayyeliki No I've never taken HRT.
This is a amazing video, a lots of information. Thank you, thank you!! You're the best!!
Welcome
Such great information! My problem is that I suffer from chronic pain and other health issues which has caused me to be very ill and have lost a lot of weight! My skin looks awful! I look in the mirror and just don’t like what I see 😭 my skin is sagging, bones are sticking out of my neck with crepiness and I’m also dealing with rosacea and hyperpigmentation! I don’t know what to do??
so sorry to hear that
@@jr-pr9lw thank you so much! Have a wonderful evening! 🥰🥰
Please watch UNDER OUR SKIN documentary. You have nothing to lose. Contact me if you wish. I have nothing to gain. Best, Joy S.
Im really looking forward when your product can be bought from Norway🙏💖💖💖
Very soon!
