I love you, you have the answer I was looking for long time, I notice that I have horizontal lines (2) on my neck, them I search on old pictures, and I've always have, I will try this product, I came from a lucky family, we age slow, but what I don't like in my face is freckles, sense I remember, I have a good skin, I don't like sun, and I can be without it, I took my D vitamine. (I call my freckles 'map' on my face) thank you for share, loved your videos. You are awesome.

THAT is my issue when I lost weight, and developed a rather sudden platysmal band. I am grateful to this kind doctor for giving good advice. I had a hard year, broke up with my fiancé and I've been 'sadder than sad.' It's a NY and I am determined to find a happier place and am praying for just that.

My issue is I was seriously overweight. I lost all the weight, yay. A win as I was diabetic, way high cholesterol in labs. BUT, I lost all that weight and suddenly developed an aging neck for the first time in my life. I love Dr. Rajani. He's just got such a kind and compassionate manner. I truly appreciate him!

@candace7340 to prevent sun damage and aging. Absolutely. I've been doing it for years and I have no sun spots or rings. I do my chest too if that's exposed to the sun. My sister in law is only 4 months older then me and she has deep neck rings and sun spots. She doesn't wear sunscreen and tans. Were 31. I'm not saying sunscreen will lift already sagging skin but it will prevent damage from the sun on a daily basis.

My neck did look like the photo seen at 5:33 “before “ but I made it better - like the “after,” by accident, as much or more than the after photo alongside it, by adding the supplement niacinamide to my daily routine! I added 1500 mg niacinamide (alongside pyruvate) for eyesight improvements (it works wonders, peer reviewed science backing it for older eyes) and I noticed after a few months that my neck was so improved!
I wondered what made it better for a few weeks and then remembered that I added the niacinamide.
I looked up the niacinamide / skin aging and sure enough, there’s reports of skin aging appearance improvements! I have added other interventions recently (home devices and serums) but the niacinamide was the only change from fall to the last month, and my neck is nearly “there “ !

I’ve been using silicone patches on my chest for the last six months, and I have virtually no lines. And the quality of my skin is clearer and softer. I was getting deeper lines on my neck and started using them a few weeks ago. My neck looks like it did in my 30s. It’s a freaking miracle! And then I am hyper vigilant about not dropping my chin and looking down at anything..Sleeping on my back, which is the best prevention of all, has been a minor success. I’ll stay for a while, but I always end up on my side. The chest pad helps of course. And I’m definitely going to try the Nectifirm. I love how it also helps the jawline, my other trouble spot. Love your videos so much! It’s insane how much I learn from you,

The neck is a huge topic. I teach my clients to treat it like the face. It’s amazing what can be done by just gently exfoliating and protecting the neck and yes with a wide brimmed hat. I also absolutely believe in facial yoga and micro current. I agree that actives and peels are over used along with to many harsh products. It actually makes the neck worse.
    Just my extra skin love.

@@wjs5773 Hi😊. I bought the Advanced, I. Have noticed. Some lifting in the jawline. Definitely the wrinkles in the neck and under the chin . It took about 2 and a half weeks for me to notice. I also use the Revox 7 gel by the same company for my face and that is truly incredible. I noticed results just short of two weeks. As for how long it lasts, it’s not like the freeze products, I use it everyday and the results get better.
I also use the Antiage serum under these products. But did not do this for the first month because I wanted to see the results without the use of anything else. The 2 together gives a better result as it adds more moisture , but had I never used Antiage I would have been more than happy with the Revision Skin care line. I also love the Antiage Microneedling roller with the serum.
I have not tried any other Revision products yet , I would like to try there body cream for specific areas that are starting to change the texture and elasticity.

I like DRMTLGY neck cream used on alternate nights with a low dose retinol. DRMTLGY cream has quite a few peptides and lots of ceramides and is much less expensive than Nectifirm. I have a little patch of skin directly below my chin that is lighter than the rest of my neck and face. Almost looks like a shadow from the sun exposure. Unlikely it’s from sun exposure because I always use sunscreen on face and neck. Easy enough to correct with a dab of bronzer but annoying.

I hear people saying the muscle becomes weak to strengthen it . Then others would say the muscle is being over used to paralyze it . Some people say it's from lose skin. I just would like to know why they start to show. If Botox is the 1st go to treatment that makes the bands look better then it cant be from having lose skin right . Thank You Dr Rajani.

Hey recommend them to have blood labs done by hrt docs at 1st signs of neck “wrinkling /creping” too…because also Hormone imbalances are the initial causes (when it’s not definitive weight loss and or sun /smoking damage) . That’s why you’ll see it in younger people say late 40s when it’s too early in life for neck to creep -and why older ones haven’t developed it. I always see older women than me with healthier necks and automatically think 🤔 “their hormones are balanced . They’ve been doing something right their whole life” lol I first noticed it in my neck almost 2yrs before a functional medicinal practitioner pinpointed my testosterone was low. It improved after hrt.

I also use all my other skincare serums on my neck in turns ie timeless vit C, retinal, cerimide cream and other antioxidants. Combine with face yoga exercises and skin devices

It’s a YT channel by Vogue feauturing celebrity skincare routines (morning & night usually).. very fitting for you…This was a great video & will re - watch, as I fell asleep at the end (tired) I have been using Perricone Md sub d neck cream; but the formula seems to have changed.. so would love to try the Nectifirm; am a big believer that neck creams; like eye cream serve a specific purpose & work far more efficiently as opposed to simply using moisturizer on the neck.. although I don’t use it everyday Love the way you applied it w a ‘hands on approach’ hence doing a “get ready w me” would be great to see from you….Thanks Dr. R. 🤍🙏💛

I guess I should have watched some youtube videos when I bought it and used it religiously! I'm going to start it again. My question is... can that be used on arms for crepey skin? Mine are so bad from all the sun damage when I was a kid. I'm 64 next month but it wasn't until just a couple years or so ago that I realized I can't wear short sleeves anymore😞 I see so many suggestions for SO many different products.
