Coz there is a difference between pride and ego and you must take pride for your work.

Maybe you can cover 1 creative design and what are the aspects of designing which are needed to be considered. It will help like a training session as well or an info video to client side people, like what to look for in a creative, how to give feedback on creatives. Etc. Just a thought. Great content anyway My last reporting manager was a team member of the special effects team of the Godzilla movie. He used to share similar stories ❤

fx represents a mathametical function, whenever you are trying to gerate a computer graphis for an ex. a circle, you need some function. Like gaussian blur is also a function. That's why it's called fx, mens which function you are going apply on the image.
People are quick to point out some underdone work of artists in movies or shows but fail to acknowledge their good work like Mr Fantastic's suit was CGI and Spiderman suit was also redone in Civil War. Sometimes even if the artists could do the work they don't have time to perfect the scenes. Taking about suits the suits of Eternals in the movie were handmade and Ikaris' suit was one of the best CBM suits ever.
