Hell, if songs made quickly are cash grabs, then ArtByFORM’s All Nighter comps are all cash grabs because every song on those was made in 24 hours. That take just makes no sense, and him being absolutely rude about it just makes it worse. This hate is undeserved, banger remix and the hate around it is hate for the sake of hating.
Gonna have to disagree with you here. Artists should never have fun or be passionate about making music. They should also not chase inspiration to fuel their creativity with short projects. They are only allowed to uselessly tweak EQ on snares and scroll through kicks they have never used and never will. In fact, Skybreak is actually racist and selfish for, via his remix, putting Tyler the Creator on the radars of people who might not otherwise listen to his music, thus building TtC's audience further. i think it’s honestly pretty silly to hate on it just because the remix was made quickly. sometimes projects get finished faster than expected, especially when you really like the song and are excited to remix it. plus, the song is genuinely dope! it’s not like they threw together some unfinished sounding remix just to push it out for streams. i’m actually really impressed with how full and polished it sounds. i don’t get why there’s so much undeserved hate toward these genuinely talented people.

Yeah, everything about this seems silly, making remixes of songs (and them getting done really quickly) isn't an issue at all. I mean when I first started to make music I made a piano remake of Highscore by Teminite because I loved that song (sure I didn't share it anywhere, but I had fun and that's all that mattered at the time) Also time spent on a song doesn't mean anything about it's quality, Teminite made the song Sesh the Seven Seas in like a few days time and it's a funny/great song All in all it seems like people just getting upset for no reason, I don't really have much else to say about it

While I think the remix is okay at its best (but the 2nd drop is fantastic and exciting ), it's unneeded to spread hatred to anyone. I guess that's a Twitter moment, but people on Twitter need to change their attitude towards something like this. They need to change / criticise themselves first (or generally, think about it in detail) before changing / influencing others. If artists are having fun, why not have fun together? :D
