Gosh it feels like code cracking. Could be trying to flog a bit more food and drink I suppose, but as the venue is still open to the public Bugmans tends to be fairly packed out as is.
I'd say try and get some more games in, and stay with the sisters until you feel like you've "won" with them. then move onto another team. On the other hand, taking another team. you could end up gelling really well with and enjoying more.
£35 for three rounds is a damn site more than steep, even with lunch. Not to mention that if they're getting more than 32 players if you only do three rounds the results get more dubious the further beyond 32 you get. Pretty shabby really.
@@TabletopImpulse I wouldn’t put much store in how fast they sell out. The X-Wing UK System Opens for the two years prior to lockdown sold 500 and 600+ tickets respectively in a similar amount of time.

If they care about tournament legibility the answer is data cards & volume templates for LoS, not being hard cases about models.
