Surprisingly small rooms for a house like this. Fabulous views and nice design otherwise, but actually seems kind of cramped. But sold for $9.2 MILLION a year ago. Just think : Property taxes are $9,500/month. Who the hell is buying these places? Who has that kind of dough?
