The second property was really cool. I had a gap year as an arctic infantry comando, then finished highschool, the winning the Nobel Peace Prize as a peacekeeper in the south of Lebanon, then landed in Santa Barbara;))
Wow, that’s amazing. I would love to hear some stories about your experiences. Let me know if I can buy you a coffee one day to learn more about your journey. ✌️
😑 not a fan of homes with barriers.. front walls or hedges that hide the street or neighbors. It's like everyone is blocking out social contact. Noticed this seems to be the general theme in California, .. high walls all around, no sidewalks and little to no sidewalks. Contrast this with Charlotte North Carolina neighborhoods.. I wonder if it reflects the over crowding in California?
I'm the exact opposite. I want total and complete privacy and I don't want to hear my neighbours' cars, kids, barking dogs, or have solicitors ringing the doorbell asking if I need a new roof or can I donate to the local school chess club for their trip to France.
Not feeling well today but I love the first home with the awesome landscaping.
This one’s for the a l g o

Same here laying low today. Thanks as always for the support and engagement. Feel better my friend. 🤙🙏🏼😊
Your filming is fantastic, nice fast flow, not a lot of talking. Finally found a great sight to watch.
Much appreciated. Thank you!
Deal of the day was my favourite ❤😊
Love it. Let’s make the dream of reality.

When you guy break down good and bad of house neighborhood etc etc....I just say it very informative and most realtors do not do that...
Right on, thank you for that feed back! We will continue to evolve that aspect of the show. Appreciate the comment!
5 to 10% orange juice Joe 😆👍
Yes, I don’t know what I was thinking. 🍊🍾 😂
It looks like you are riding with a bodyguard. :)
Avi is a beast 😂
In the last couple of videos it has been impossible to hear you. Yes, I do have the sound up.
Thanks, I tend to talk too soft when walking through the homes, I will make an effort to adjust that. Appreciate the feedback. 🤙
Mimosa 50/50
Noted 😂
Gotta be 85/15
Now that I’ve had time to reflect on it, yes this is proper. Thanks for watching and commenting, I appreciate you!

Only in a few neighborhoods here. You are describing the head neighborhood in Montecito perfectly to a T, so definitely stay away from that hood.

Deal of the Day was my favourite. Missing a pool and dedicated home theatre and fitness rooms, but maybe those could be added.
Glad you liked it and yes pool additions are usually doable.
