I have been struggling to make kebabs. My kebabs come out cooked from outside but raw from inside - even if I cook longer. I don’t have blender, so I just use the normal style keema to make it. I did add bit water in the mixture because I had put too much besan. I will try your recipe InshaAllah. But can you give me idea why my kebab comes out raw from inside but cooked from outside?
Often if the kebab is raw from the inside and over cooked from outside could be because your flame is very high always cook kebabs on a low flame which insures that the kebabs will be cooked from the inside and out .
