Whats really really important to you, eg in relationships
    What matters to you most
Whats non negotiable, that you cant go without in life
What are the good characteristics in a person
    Freedom, integrity, honesty
Susan davids - emotional agility test
Values acquired by the age of 5
Acquired through what you do and demonstrate not say
    Tips
    1. Recognize them. Name them.. understand them. Define
    2. Critically evaluate and question existing vslues. Become aware .causes and effect. No judgement
3.. connect with people with shared values
    4. Set life rules according to your own valies
Easier to kno what you dont want that what you do
Think about the last time you were very angry. What makes you feel really uncomfortable
Imagine a world where you're sorrounded by people reflecting your values
    Congruency
    Your compass

Recognizing this truth and started searching for a video on UA-cam, that will confirm it. here I am. Our values direct our our life - so true. It is our compass, but only if we know our values, recognize them. The most part of my life I’ve been living unconscious about my values. Now, with this recognition, I believe that that’s the answer to a person who’s lost in life. You know that crisis of meaning or a crisis of identity. The answer appears to be this knowing yourself. And not only we pursue what we value, but it is the core of who we are. Blessings to you, a lost Soul. Together, we will find our way into the light.

Meditate upon humility, equanimity, simplicity and authenticity. They are the foundations of higher values.

Great insight Larisa. With values, it is what you practice not what you say

Some good questions, but some of the examples of values she listed I would think most people have (like a given), everybody wants to be loved, respected, not lied to, etc. Who wants to be in a relationship where they are disrespected and lied to, but not everyone cares that their partner is authentic or values self-awareness/growth.

Start with what you really believe to be true. Make a list and notice any common themes. Perhaps you believe there is almost always a contradiction, perhaps you value Choice or Freedom or idk something like that lol

Core values is what business executives act like they have when they don't actually have any value at all 😂
If anyone says "core values" in a business conversation, I automatically seize to do any further business with that company....
